He said sometime in the morning, but that he'd be in touch closer to the date of service to confirm. The day before our appointment, I received a voicemail in the evening while I was working, asking if a particular time worked for the following morning. When I called the owner back in the morning to inquire about adjusting the time slightly (less than an hour), he became extremely hostile. We have a narrow, 1-lane driveway and I was simply trying to adjust the time he'd arrive so he didn't have to move his vehicle/equipment for us when we left for work, daycare drop off, etc. His response? "No. That's stupid, why would you want me to come any later?" I explained our situation and that we simply wanted to be out of his way with all of the coming and going in the morning. He told me that it was ridiculous to "expect him to wait outside my house for 45 minutes" even though that was not at all what I was asking to do. I stated I was simply asking for the time to be pushed back so we'd be out of his hair. He told me that I should "just leave right now (6am) to go to work and take my sleeping infant to day care" if it was "really that big of a deal for me." Also, for what it's worth, my home is less than a minute from their "office." I told him I was no longer comfortable using his service and that I would be canceling. I work with contractors on a daily basis and I've never had one speak to me in the unprofessional manner he did. I would not recommend doing business with someone who speaks to clients/neighbors in this way.

On March 14th, I reached out to have the Christmas lights taken down and was told it would be done free of charge and they would schedule a time. I continued conversations with them about potential landscaping work, including ideas I'd seen on their page. On March 22nd, I asked about scheduling a time to meet and discuss the landscaping project -- they responded saying they'd try to come by that day, but never showed or followed up. We left town on March 28th and let them know -- they again said they'd take care of the lights, even with us gone. I gave them permission to access the property, and they acknowledged this. I also asked for a mulch quote, which they said they'd provide, but never did. We returned on April 14th and checked in. They confirmed they were still available for landscaping, but once again, no follow-through. On April 23rd, I followed up specifically about the Christmas lights and was told they'd come that weekend. I followed up again on the 26th -- no response. Another message on the 27th finally got a reply saying they'd come on the 28th. That day came and went -- no one showed, and now I've been completely ghosted with no return messages or calls. I'm incredibly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and reliability. What started as a great experience turned into nothing but frustration.
