A month ago Jeremy came to rescue our tired yard. He started with the 15-year-old mesquite tree which had recently had a huge limb broken off during heavy winds. I was amazed at how carefully and meticulously he analyzed and reshaped it into a nicely shaped tree again. It is now growing furiously and will even be giving us shade again soon on its "broken" side. He nicely trimmed our bougainvilleas and removed many pounds of excess aloe vera. But the best part for me was a very special chaste vitex that we had planted as a memorial bush for my late husband. I have done all the trimming on it during its 10 years and it really needed a professional touch. Jeremy treated it with such care and detailed pruning. A month later it is blooming with more beautiful purple blossoms than ever. It makes me so happy to look at it. Jeremy is your guy for all your landscaping needs. I highly recommend him. Jeremy stopped by a couple weeks ago and we went through a few items I wanted done in our front and back yards. I had told Jeremy I wanted plants which were butterfly and hummingbird friendly. Jeremy was up front with me about when he would be able to put together a quote because he was just completing a large job for another client. A week later I got an email from Jermey containing pictures of shrubs & ground covers butterflies and hummingbirds love. Today our landscaping plans came to fruition. Jeremy and Elly(?) showed up at the exact time,8:30am, they said they would arrive. I now have four Dallas Red lantanas, two in our front yard, and two in planters Elly and Jeremy built for us in our back yard. In our front yard they also added two wooly butterfly bushes, trimmed down our two slightly overgrown bottle bushes and fixed a major leak in our 1/2" drip line. A yellow bird of paradise was placed in an area we had previously had two queen palms, and two coral fountain plants were placed near our pool's rock falls. My wife and I are both extremely pleased with Jeremy and Elly's professionalism and checking with us to ensure placement of the plants were where we wanted. Jeremy and Elly checked the drip lines they installed and ran our 1/2" poly line in PVC so we wouldn't have future leaks. Had Jeremy Cahill of Cahill Landscaping (not a licensed contractor)come out for a quote to replace our drip systems for our plants and trees. We didn't need new valves for these two lines nor did we need sleeving under sidewalks or driveway since we already had an existing system working. The problem with the existing system was that we no longer had the pressure that we should have. Jeremy measured the drip lines with a tape measure for the replacement system. Then, sent me a quote. Cahill Landscaping was our second quote and I couldn't believe it when I read it. To put in new poly tubing, drip emitters, trenching, and backfill. One week to do this job for 640 linear feet at a cost of $6,400.00. The prior quote we received was for $2,400 from a licensed contractor, and 2 days to complete the job. Jeremy and Jamaal were on time, very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Jeremy freely shared his knowledge on other landscaping questions I asked. He was great at communicating at all stages of the project. I would rate 6 stars if I could. Jeremy and his crew were not only reasonably priced but quick to respond to come out to our property to give a quote that was fair and very reasonably priced. The project started relatively quickly after that after breaking down the price for us (they were very transparent and honest). They were able to troubleshoot many issues the existing landscaping and watering system had. They added on a last minute tree trimming as well! They took the time to match the border used around the grass to our existing pavers as well. The final product is better than we could have ever imagined. After the project was completed, Jeremy took the time to return to ensure the new sod was being watered the correct amount and to teach us how to use the timer. Very professional, always courteous. Last year my dad decided he's finally getting too old to try to maintenance the palm trees. We have been living in this house for 14 plus years. My dad told me to call and get quotes. I ended up just calling only Cahill Landscaping. My dad was happy that Jeremy was able to estimate the cost for us last year over the phone, but he also told us that he wanted to look at the palm trees first before telling us the exact quote. Jeremy came out did the quote and within the next day or two took care of them for us. I can't speak to the quality of work by this company as I was never able to get scheduled. I initiated contact by phone and then text (as the voicemail suggests) and I heard back right away. I sent some photos of the yard I was trying to have landscaped, as the gentleman I was in contact with was unable to come by and look. I did not hear back. I followed up and still nothing. I'm going with 2 stars because I appreciate any company willing to text with me (much easier for me and I hate phone tag) and based on the initial quick reply I'm giving the benefit of the doubt that these folks are as good as many other reviewers say and are maybe just too backed up to really deal with new customers right now. read more

I was impressed from beginning to end, starting with all the great reviews. Cahill landscaping definitely lived up to their online reputation. Jeremy responded to my phone call promptly, he presented himself with professionalism, provided an estimate when he said he would and always responded to my emails and texts. The pictures I sent him didn't represent the work well enough, especially the size of the tree to be removed, so he had to add a little extra on for removing it. He told me this long before the work began and did a complete and thorough job before asking to be paid. He even did a little extra work for us smoothing out an area under some pavers we had removed. It probably only took a few extra minutes but we appreciated the extra touch. The only negative was that he said he would come between 6:30 & 7 and didn't get there until 8 but he did let me know at 6:30 that he would be there at 8 so he still gets 5 stars. I would give him another star for extra credit if I could. He checked in with my wife multiple times to make sure she was happy with the work inspite of having not previously meet her and only working with me so far. The landscaping work was meant to make my wife happy and he helped me acheive my goal. We will be using him again and referring him to our customers. read more

Overall did a pristine and beautiful job. The crew even worked during inclimate weather. I gave 3 stars vs five for several reasons: 1. Communication issues. One no show and no return call. 2. Workers landscaped on a Friday but left debris and large branches that I wound up cutting and placing in trash cans. They did come back 3 days later to empty and dispose of the debris after I called on Saturday. 3. I highly recommended the company to a close friend and he was stood up and did not receive a return phone call as other reviewers had complained of. I have known Jeremy professionsly for years . He is one of the most honest, hard working, and dependible people I know. I had Jeremy come take down a tree on the side of my house. This tree was huge 30 plus feet tall and also in close proximity of my house and backyard walls.
