But I didn't find out till later when the planter box was all flooded like a lake and overflowing like a river to the street. I found the broken PVC right where I instructed his worker to plant an agave fior me. When I told Isaiah's TFH Landscaping that his worker broke the sprinkler line, ISAIAHs said he would send the worker over to do the repair in a couple days which Isaias said was Tuesday, the worker never showed up. When I called him to say the worker never showed up he said he would come in a couple days and he personally will come and be there. Well Isaias never showed up. What's worse is he used to answer the phone on the first ring and was "always there for me" and even said "You know I am always here for you and I answer the phone". But after he didn't show up two times he wasn't answering the phone anymore .... ever. I left many, many messages telling Isaias I was disappointed that not only does he not show up to do the repair that his worker broke, but he deliberately is ghosting me for weeks. He sees from caller ID it is me calling for him to repair something he damaged (I sent pictures of the hacked irrigation pipe in the hole where the agave got blown outta there from the broken line), so he deliberately does not answer the phone ever again to BE THERE FOR MEEEEE, like he told me previously. That deserves 1 Yelp star. So you think I'm going to do business with him if he doesn't even answer the phone ever? Someone told me "because they don't get paid to repair their mistakes and have to take time out from already paying jobs to go to a job that doesn't pay. I never spoke to Isaias again because he didn't care to come back ad fix the broken pipe his worker hacked to pieces. That deserves 1 Yelp star don't you think? I have a new landscaper who has many solid 5 Yelp stars, and so far he has shown up every time I needed him, right on time, even when he squeezed me in. But I have no experience if he will show up to fix something he didn't do right, because nothing like that has happened so far.

Did a leak in my irrigation 7 months ago. The same spot is leaking again so i reached out. He proceeded to tell me he would be at my house at 9am. Doesn't show up, doesn't tell me he's not coming, nothing. I finally get a response that night and he says he will get to it the next morning. Same thing, does not show up does not respond. I have been trying to get ahold of him and he has not answered me at all and actually blocked my cell phone... great business, don't use these guys if you want someone to jerk you around. I cannot believe someone that runs a business would block someone number that is a paying customer. Extremely childish to run from your issues instead of solve the problem. read more

Raúl trimmed a tree for me this week and did an amazing job! We missed a notice from our HOA about the tree and were on a tight schedule. We requested a tree trimming past 8pm and Raúl answered almost immediately! He fit us in the next day and the tree looked great! Our…read moreyard service, Francysco's Landscaping, just quit when the pavers that they were repairing from our tree that fell over a few weeks ago were not leveled and left with large gaps between pavers. We told him this was unacceptable and he quit on the spot. Pavers are a service that they advertise on their truck that they provide. Apparently that is to their satisfaction and not the paying customer. He charges an outrageous amount and then wonders why you expect quality. We also asked him to fix a valve that was constantly running and over watering our palo verde and he fixed the wrong one. We told him it was still running (which he should have verified before leaving), so he said he must have fixed the wrong valve. His solution was to come back and remove valves that I didn't want removed only to have to come back and undo that work, that was neither needed or approved. Then he has the audacity to try to charge me for that work! Stay away from anyone that charges a fortune by overestimating the cost to do a job and then does not stand behind their work.

The problem came up the second time we needed them. There were two green cloud sage bushes we needed transplanted from the side yard to the front yard. The price quoted was again reasonable, but I explicitly asked if it was safe to try and move these bushes during the summer, or should we wait until fall. The answer given was that it was fine to move them in the summer. We had no time pressure to move the bushes and could have easily waited until fall if told to do so. . The work itself appeared to go well. However, we quickly noticed that the digging to do the move created irrigation leaks in the side yard. When calling to find out when somebody could come by to fix this, we found out that since we live in Maricopa and not Phoenix Metro, there was only one day every two weeks that they would come to Maricopa and they flat out refused to come and fix the leaks outside of this window. Then, within a couple weeks of the transplanting, the two bushes died. Luckily these particular bushes are cheap, but we'll have to find another company to do the replacement, one that has greater availability in Maricopa (landscapers are constantly dropping unsolicited business cards all over the neighborhood, so this won't be especially hard).

She gets very defensive and all I ask for is my money back after she clearly states our appointments are void. We did talk about my previous landscaper who would not show up on time which is the same issue I had with her. If you make an appointment follow through. This company just has excuses and no follow through. Be very careful with Brenda.
