I am a 9th consecutive year Yelp Eliter, and a senior solo old lady homeowner, too, who has no Honey Do. So I use Yelp to get quotes for my many repair and service needs. I have no control over who Yelp sends my request for quotes, but TFP was one of them. This time I have a irrigation problem, no water comes out of station 4, whether turned on at the valve, or at the irritation timer. Nothing, but you could heard that the water is on, nothing comes out of the sprinkler heads. He answered the Yelp request right away. Isaias was the first person to agree to come give me a bid, and that was even on a Sunday. He texted that he was on his way. When he arrived with his friend in a beautiful white 250 truck, he was already changing the valve top, which I said "Oh but I am only getting bids now, and you are the first one to arrive to give me bid. How much are you charging me?" He said $110. I said how much is the part itself. He said about $55, which he already had that brand on his truck. He showed me the broken gasket piece was missing around the neck. His demeanor was very cheerful, sweet, and pleasant, and I found myself saying to myself "I really like this guy !" I asked him about my suffering Aleppo pine, which a licensed arborist told me the day before, that it is suffering from Aleppo pine blight. Isaias said once the branches start dying like mine was, there is no rescuing, they all die. Isaias said he was not a tree person, he does hardscape and landscape maintenance. He said he would ask his tree contacts for the name of a fertilizer for me. Anyhow I ended up paying Isaias $10 more, or $120. He got my issue resolved and came on a Sunday. He also handed me his business card first thing. I tell you many, if not most, contractors who come to my door, for some reason they do not have a business card on them when I ask them for one. I give that a few points demerits for "UNprofessional", but this was not Isaias. I also noted that Isaias and his friend put back my valve covers, which not all contractors "put things back" or put back or close what they didn't even take apart and open. I am going to put a Post it note on his card, reminding me what he did, so I could call upon him in the future. I called the landscaper who was supposed to come later that same Sunday, and told him my issue was fixed. Without telling him Isaias price, he said he woulda charged $150. He even said "You saved $40". So I don't regret paying Isaias $120. read more

Isaias offered to come by and was here by the end of the day. I wasn't sure where my drip system lines were and thought I might have a leak. He and his team quickly assessed the situation, found a couple of hidden lines, repaired a section of the drip system, and reset my automatic sprinkler system! They even cleaned up some areas that I had dug to troubleshoot myself and made everything look good as new. I couldn't even tell what areas had been previously dug up from those that hadn't. Isaias explained everything that they did to me and answered all of my questions about the drip system and Arizona watering :) I requested an estimate at around noon, by 6pm had everything fixed, explained, on track and at a price that was half of what I thought I'd have to pay! read more

Isaias was able to meet me at my house the same day we called him to find and fix a leak in our irrigation tubing. His team (three men total) found and fixed the break (which was underneath a cement walkway) in about 15 minutes. I stood nearby (I have to use my phone to turn the irrigation lines off and on) and made polite conversation with Isaias. So we tested the repair and discovered there was another leak a few feet away along the same line. In minutes that leak was repaired. They looked around the yard to see if any other leaks sprung up. They found one emitter that needed to be replaced, but otherwise all is holding steady for now. Isaias also gave advice on how long and how often to run this particular irrigation zone. He also provided a free quote for trimming and thinning out our mesquite tree, trimming back an HOA-owned tree over our fence and removing a dead lemon tree. If cash flow allows, we hope to have him and his crew out to complete that work soon. I have no hesitations recommending Isaias and TFP Maintenance, LLC based on today's experience. read more

They did replaced valves, did cleanup after the storms, overseeded, took up flagstone and found an irrigation leak and fixed it BUT....Since October 2 they were supposed to come back and finish the grouting on our job but we have reached out 20+ times and they have just stopped responding.
