Just left the store. The bud tender was very nice and knowledgeable. However, I purchased three items that were supposed to be 30% off each. After reading many reviews about budtenders not applying discounts or claiming they couldn't, I wanted to do a little test. So I asked the bud tender how much each item was after the discount. She told me the prices and they were the same as they are listed online pre-discount. I just pretended like everything was fine and I believed her. The budtender said I could not receive the online deal, during the transaction I felt something bad in my intuition, I went and asked the other budtenders and they said "yes I can save the 70$ with the deal." I looked back and my original budtender who said "I was taught that you could not get the deal" and that "the computer system would not allow to give me that deal." I was able to be provided with the deal from the other budtenders thankfully. I looked back and my original budtender gave me a huge smirk. One girl that works here is very rude to me every time I go. I was a regular for a while, and I had lost my Id in an unfortunate situation. I had several pictures of my id, but this girl turned me away even though I knew I was in their system and she knew I was of age. Extremely disappointed with the security outside that not only was very pushy. I understand as a security guard you have to make sure that everyone inside of the dispensary is safe but I am no threat! He could've spoken to me in a way better matter.
