They will tell you they accept all insurance, but that only means they will send in 'courtesy' claims on behalf of the patient. They do not reduce their rates to what dental insurance companies allow other than Humana. Be prepared for an extravagant bill if you have a few fillings, cleaning, X-rays, and a crown done. We will be finding a reasonable dentist closer to home.

It was weird & off putting when the realization came that this practice was not just about dental health but also about maximizing profits vs. building relationships. After having the same hygienist for 20+ years & the same dentist for 10 (they both retired), it's a harsh reminder of how little my business & loyalty actually means in 2022. My hygienist was wonderful & I liked her very much. I look forward to seeing her again. Like my previous hygienist, I would follow her to another practice; I followed my last hygienist to 3 different practices.

Before my appointment, I received an…read moreexcessive number of communications -- five texts and two phone calls -- which felt overwhelming for something that could have been handled much more efficiently. In response, I simply texted back asking them to "please limit the number of calls/texts I receive". I felt this was a reasonable and polite request. However, when I arrived for my appointment, the dentist confronted me and stated that I was being rude and had an issue with his staff, which was both surprising and uncomfortable. To add to the frustration, I have previously received text messages from this office with incorrect appointment dates and times, which makes the volume of communication even more concerning rather than helpful. At no point was I disrespectful -- I was just asking for more streamlined and accurate communication. Being addressed this way by a provider was very uncomfortable especially since it was done at the beginning of the appointment.

I went home with nothing done. With no bill or front desk didn't offer any reasons . Ask for Doctor/Dentist to explain. Answer he was with another patient. I went home confused. Lack of communication. No unpleasant words had been exchanged. And My insurance covered anual visit and cleaning. So no harm just time lost for myself. But about two months later I received a bill for $14.00 With no service performed the day I went in. And if they felt that I owed them anything my insurance would have covered it 100%. She was very informative and patient with me. I have sensitive teeth, especially cold sensations on the left side from a crown that I had put on me about a year ago in Farragut. Dr. Solly came in to inspect my teeth and cleaning afterwards, and was especially helpful, when he asked me questions about my sensitivity. He found out that I have not been able to chew on my left side of mouth due to a bad installation of a crown from a different office in Farragut, to which they tried to adjust it 3 different times, charging me for the adjustments along the way. Dr. Solly adjusted it, I went to a restaurant about 1 hour later, and VOILA! I could finally eat on the left side without any problem! I finally found the ONE DENTIST who is a GOD SEND! Also, Dr. Solly and his staff are very helpful regarding my boyfriends issues finding a dentist who is in his insurance network that has integrity. To date, he is still struggling finding a dentist who has integrity and my boyfriend is leaning towards asking to join Dr. Solly's office as a patient, because we both know that he is a SAINT!
