Love the staff and the dentist here . I have always felt welcome and comfortable and the dentist knows how to calm even the most anxious.

My granddaughter requested to be seated first for her dental care & cleaning. (Because she didn't…read morewant to lie flat for any dental procedure). So she only got to sit up on a bench while they manually brushed her teeth instead of actually letting her sit in the dentist regular chair. She got a floride treatment also. But they were demanding that she pay her co- pay up front or they were going to refuse service to any of the grandchildren that I brought there. I explained to them that I didn't know she had a " copay" & so i told them to go ahead and treat her without the Xrays. They were refusing to clean my granddaughter and grandson's teeth without Xrays done first. So we spoke to the manager after i was told to leave and reschedule the appointment after i drove an hour and a half to get there. The manager okayed the services to be performed and decided to bill their parents for the copay to be paid before their next visits/ soon.the grandchildren finally got their Xrays and teeth cleaned with a floride treatment before we left.i was then asked if they were going to come back to see them again or go somewhere else?

I have four kids that have been going here for years then noticed that all the girls do is polish…read moreand floss. They do not have any dental hygienist on their staff. So your kids will need cavities filled and your kids will not have clean teeth. I took my 14 year old to my hygienist for a cleaning and he came out and talked to me about how dirty her teeth were and I the last time she had her teeth cleaned. I told him every 6 months. He did not believe me and he had to remove tartar from under her gums. He explained that her gums would be tender. I immediately pulled my kids out of this office and transferred all my kids to the office I go to for them to get their teeth cleaned and am pro active to keep my kids from getting cavities. My 19 year old has cavities thanks to this place because they saw her to age 18 and just polished her teeth. Never cleaned them properly. My 9 year old has cavities and silver fillings on her back teeth because of this place. Thankfully my three year old is going to go to a pediatric dentist with hygienist to properly have clean teeth and gums. If you want to be proactive remove your kids from this office and find a good pediatric dentist. All the paint on their walls, toys, balloons, tvs on their ceilings, and nice chairs is not worth it. They do not clean your kids teeth. Ask the girls if they are a hygienist they will say no just a polisher. I give this place zero stars.

I cannot say enough positive aspects about our experiences. I definitely recommend to all. Note: my young has had instances of poor behavior in my opinion and he was met with patience from all team members. Please put that into perspective when seeing other reviews.

Dr. Mike Mysinger crossed a line when he told my 6-year-old son, "Maybe your mom needs to take you…read moreinto the bathroom to whoop your behind," during a filling appointment. Despite my son's nerves and tears, Mysinger callously dismissed his pain, insisting it was "impossible" for him to feel any discomfort since what he was drilling was only enamel. I did my very best to calm my son. I was there, holding his hand and encouraging him the entire time. Instead of offering comfort to a crying child, Mysinger became impatient, scolding my son and suggesting I should spank him. When the doctor saw my shock, he told me, "Your child needs discipline." This despicable attempt to dictate my parenting choices crossed a line that should never be crossed by a healthcare professional. I ended the appointment abruptly, despite Mysinger insisting on completing the procedure--another display of a shocking lack of empathy. The experience was traumatic for both me and my son. It's abundantly clear that Dr. Mysinger prioritizes his ego over the well-being of his young patients, and his behavior has no place in pediatric dentistry. I won't be returning, and I urge others to seek compassionate care elsewhere.
