For a first time visit, the store can be overwhelming but once you walk around once or twice you'll see that there's a method to the madness and it's actually pretty well organized. If you get totally lost, there's usually a staff member available to help and they're pretty friendly. See a wig you like? They'll actually help you try it on (they actually prefer that you don't do it yourself). I was told by cashier that it could not be returned. I stated I did not want to return item, but exchange it for new one. The catchier stayed if I had called then maybe they could do something. I ask to speak to manager or someone else above the cashier. I was directed to a young lady who took me over to where the products were. She stood there with some puzzled look on her face. After a minute of her staring there with this look, she said no returns on chemicals. I have shopped at this business for years, but now will have to rethink where I buy my hair products. She asked me name and offered to take the items I was holding and place them in a dressing room for me. When I was finally ready to try everything on I was pleasantly surprised to see how she kindly arranged all of the items in color order in the dressing room, AND that my name appeared on the outside of the door!
