Then my hair was set on these ginormous rollers and I sat under the dryer for abt 30min. The rollers were removed and I was greeted by Hazel my stylist. I explained it was my 1st time and I found the salon on "yelp". She thanked me for choosing their salon. She did a great job on my hair.....cut & style. Take people's money, offer zero solutions, and call it "policy." The level of smug indifference was actually impressive. No effort to help, no reschedule, just a robotic "that's our policy" repeated like a script. It's wild that a business so obsessed with "no-shows" seems to have no problem no-showing on basic decency. I hope the $54 was worth it -- because that's the last dime this place will ever see from me. If you value customer service, honesty, or common sense, take your business anywhere else.

At approximately 9:45am my wife started experiencing severe chest pain So we went to the ER, and got sent back to a room which is where I'm writing this from. Our phones aren't getting reception, so I asked my daughter to call and reschedule. They told her to give them our credit card information so they could charge us a no show fee which is "about half of what the bill would have been". So they wanted a $100 no show fee. I understand they lost a slot, but sometimes true emergencies come up. To ask an 11 year for their parent's credit card info seems, at the least, sleazy at the least.

For this visit, I was getting my very long hair cut and highlighted with Tiffanie. She took the time to get an idea of what sort of color I was looking for in my highlights, whether I wanted warm or cool tones, and then what I wanted my cut to look like. I was offered coffee or tea which is always a bonus touch for me. The color turned out perfectly (byeeee grays!). The cut ended up going well beyond the 3 inches I had asked for, but as it was taking shape I kinda stopped worrying about it because the cut itself looked perfect on me. My only critique would be that maybe they could feel out the clientele a little bit before launching into a conversation with a lot of expletives. It didn't personally bother me at all, but I'd never been here before so I'm not sure that would've been known about me until we got talking.
