I met with Alexis and she made me feel so at ease. I told her my back was sore and she brought me a heated pillow. Alexis asked me what I was looking to get out of our session and she over exceeded my asks! She put the TLC back into my hair and helped me feel rejuvenated and myself again. I chose the service provider that had been there 30 years so I thought I would have no problems, but the colors is the exact opposite of what I showed her I wanted. I went in asking for a honey blonde warm balayage (left pic) what I got was almost platinum blonde (right). At the end of my visit, I asked for a blowout, she said "Oh of course, you have to end with a good blowout," then she got a curling iron and curled my hair. It's crazy I do not understand how this could happen, we watched videos of the warm golden blonde I wanted and she sounded like she totally understood and could pull that off, she could not. I wish salon professionals were professional enough to just say "That color isn't achievable for your hair/texture" or "We can't get you to that color all at once" or just say something honest. This also was a $369 service, so just not worth the money when you don't get what was discussed.
