She also gave me a much needed cut and her lines are perfect. She doesn't quite know my hair yet but a couple days later and I can clearly see she's perfected her technique. I've had the worst luck finding a nail tech that doesn't cancel last minute. Like I'm talking I was in the nail techs parking lot 7 min before my apt time and I get a text saying her stomach is upset and she's need to reschedule. Mmhmm sure. So because of that most recent incident I found Tati at Boho Bellas and let me tell you, she is AMAZING! Her attention to the small things, her care, her skills are so far the best I've ever seen. I'm a cosmetologist and so I know when someone is cutting corners. If you want a job done right - see Tati. I really couldn't recommend her more. Received horrible service and ended up having a terrible skin infection from Kaylee. She does not know what she is doing as a hair stylist. I read the reviews and tried this place... I asked questions first with multi colors, they said yes. Once all done, I went home - my husband thought I had balled spots. Then I showed it to a friend who did my hair for years, but changed profession, she said that it was the lighter colors that wasn't sealed correctly that made blobs, along with any of the colors not being done to the roots. All on the crown of my head. So sad... spent too much money for such a mistake. $175.00 I did msg with pics to them and was told by the rude manicurist I should of had my hair dried, but you could see it all on top while it was wet so the Hair dresser had to have known it was bad before I left. CAN WE TALK ABOUT MY HAIR!! I am beyond happy with the results! The lady who worked with my hair literally transformed my life. She was super professional, so sweet, and just amazing all together. My hair had become one of my biggest insecurities after having so much chemical damage, but when I looked in the mirror after she had finished I was absolutely baffled. It was a dream come true, and somehow she worked her magic to turn my side part with a cowlick into a middle part, which I have always wanted. 12/10 recommend! Okay let's talk. I'm an idiot and I put my hair and my picky ass in the hands of someone else not named Donnyé Sabo...GIANT MISTAKE. Do you want to know how much I love her? I drive down from Portland to get my hair done. I decided to go somewhere else after talking with Donnyé because I'm getting married and was on a time constraint. I didn't have the time to drive down to see her. My coworker recommend her stylist and off I went. I ended up with the worst foil job of my life. Especially considering I asked for a balayage... Not a full head of foils. So after this other woman dyed my natural blonde hair dark brown in some areas and bleached the ever-living crap out of the rest of my head. I called Donnyé crying hystarically and we got to work to fix it before the wedding. The color correction method she used was so gentle on my hair and after she free-handed in my natural blonde color again it was almost as if I never went to someone else. If you want a killer balayage GET TO HER NOW. I will never go somewhere else. I'm going to continue to drive down to Medford because I know that Donnyé will always listen to what I want and take the best care of my hair. read more

I was a new client and unfortunately never had the chance for a service. I reached out for an appointment and was told my info would be sent to stylist Kat. After 4 days of not hearing back I followed up. After giving full flexibility on my schedule, we agreed to an appointment on Monday afternoon. I get a casual "hey girl" text from Kat at 8:30pm the night before, saying she was canceling the appointment because she was sick all day. Would have been appreciated to be contacted earlier in the day to give me a little more time to rebook. I'm a bridesmaid and need my hair done for this weekend and now do not have time to reschedule elsewhere. Terrible customer service. read more

I was looking for somewhere that I would feel comfortable returning to again and again - and this is it! The space is inviting and comfortable with a boho chic feel - I would love to just hang out there! Donnye is amazing - beautiful, down to earth, and honest. She took the time to figure out a style that would work for my level of laziness and educated me on how to better care for my hair. She did not push anything! I don't really go for mani-pedis, but the new pedicure station she was having installed looks amazing and almost makes me want to have one!
