If I could give this review zero stars, I would. We made a trip to Grateful Head after arriving at our cabin in Broken Bow, expecting delicious food. What we received was completely inedible. To our surprise when we got back to the cabin, the wings were completely burnt and tasted like black coal, so much so that we threw them away. It's been a good while since I have waited an hour + to dine. That's just what happened over spring break at 5:30. They keep a lean staff and it was packed. (I did notice the bar had availability so keep that in mind if you have a small party.) Pizza is decent, but you need to go early especially during busy season. They close at 8:00 PM, which is ridiculous when Broken Bow is packed with tourists. We were shut out one night, so we came back a few days later around 4:00 PM. Pizza sizes are either 10 inch or 14 inch. They tasted ok and were pretty well topped with the typical items and you can even build your own. Food came out in a reasonable time but we were rushed by the server who asked if we needed boxes while we were still eating. I suppose they were expecting a larger crowd for dinner. All in all, it's a decent place for tourist pizza. We'd probably go back if we visit Broken Bow again, but I'm pretty sure that's not going to happen. The city is not very tourist friendly. I was slightly disappointed in our pizza from GHP. That said, part of it could have been that we ordered 6 or so large pizzas with different toppings.
