During the course of representation multiple attorneys were assigned and reassigned to my case, there were months where no attorney was assigned to my case, l repeatedly had to contact the firm to request updates and timeframes of when documents would be prepared, I was billed to review documents that were already reviewed and billed, billed for documents that were never sent, I was given incorrect guidance regarding my legal options, doubled billed for invoices, billed for repeated revisions due to lack of dilligence, required court filings were missed, lack of representation at court proceedings, billed during consideration of termination and after termination of representation. I disputed numerous charges but the firm still required payment even though the excessive fees were due to the firm's Internal staffing issues, lack of communication, and case mismanagement.
