DO NOT RETAIN THIS FIRM! I was informed the cost to file a partition action was $3500 due to a CLC legal referral program and the cost included up to filing/serving the document. I was billed over 3 times the amount prior to the document even being filed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]At no time did anyone from the firm discuss additional costs as they assured me they would.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] During the course of representation multiple attorneys were assigned and reassigned to my case, there were months where no attorney was assigned to my case, l repeatedly had to contact the firm to request updates and timeframes of when documents would be prepared, I was billed to review documents that were already reviewed and billed, billed for documents that were never sent, I was given incorrect guidance regarding my legal options, doubled billed for invoices, billed for repeated revisions due to lack of dilligence, required court filings were missed, lack of representation at court proceedings, billed during consideration of termination and after termination of representation. I disputed numerous charges but the firm still required payment even though the excessive fees were due to the firm's Internal staffing issues, lack of communication, and case mismanagement. read more

Not satisfied with the level of service they provided. The documents they prepared for me had trivial errors, i.e. my gender was incorrect, there were typos. It took several iterations to correct all of these issues which was, obviously, very expensive. The packages that they mailed to the county were rejected due to insufficient recording fees as well as failing to provide me with the correct instructions, i.e. asked me to get an acknowledgement on documents when a jurat was required. In 2023, I hired Attorney Gregory Wayland after surviving years of harassment, racial targeting, gun threats, trespassing, and property interference. I provided him with over 70,000 pieces of evidence--photos, police reports, and videos. Despite this, he reframed my case as a "$6,000 property dispute," completely ignoring the trauma and years of civil rights violations I endured. For over a year, he kept saying a cross-complaint would be filed "next week," but it never happened--until I stopped paying. Within just four months of 2025, large sums were withdrawn from my credit card without my consent or clear receipts. When I asked him to stop, his assistant Jacob sent me a document with someone else's name. * When I refused to sign it, he said they would reuse my old signature--without my permission. That is not only unethical--it's deeply alarming. Mr. Wayland also told me the opposing attorney had a 17-year personal relationship with the judge, but offered no strategy--only invoices. Then, after I spoke with a civil rights attorney, I was suddenly contacted by Doctors on Duty--a mental health clinic I never reached out to. I didn't want it to come to this. But I don't know what else to do. I hired this firm I have spent 40k plus for what feels like nothing. At this point I am looking for another attorney and considering my options to get my money back. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I have a right to be informed I have a right to understand why I was sanctioned.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]All my attorney told me was my answers were not inadequate.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I have missed work to diligently get this firm the things asked of me all to be scolded as if I didn't. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I clarified that they were informed of discovery and did not inform me until the last minute putting extra stress on me causing me to miss work to get it completed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was told the other party was to be served with discovery they never did it. When asked about evidence I provided they weren't even aware they had it yet they charged me 12k alone for my discovery which leads to believing they didn't even really look at the information I submitted. This has been a horrible stressful experience with this firm it seems the money is their focus billing and billing yet the client has no clue what is going on. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I should not have to Google information happening in my case.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Clearly my attorney assigned is either new or inexperienced yet I paid $400 per hour which was the same as the supervising attorneys rate. The firm needs to do the right thing you can't play with peoples lives especially when the person is already dealing with something stressful. My experience with the law firm "ARG" has been deeply disappointing and frustrating. Over the course of a year, I encountered numerous issues that have led me to believe that this firm operates fraudulently and unethically. ARG generated invoices on an almost weekly basis without performing any discernible work. These invoices typically included very general tasks such as "strategizing, analyzing documents," "responding to inquiries by the other side's attorney," "responding to client's email," and "sending client email." However, my inbox showed no email exchanges on those dates, proving that these charges were fabricated. For the last six months of my dealings with ARG, they charged my credit card without even sending me fake invoices, despite my constant requests to their office workers for explanations regarding these charges. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Eventually, I discovered an email from the other side's attorney to the Arbitrator's office, sent eight months earlier. The attorney urged the arbitrator to dismiss my case due to the lack of communication from my attorney, Robert Enos, despite numerous attempts. It was evident that my attorney was intentionally delaying and stalling the case.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Upon contacting ARG about the email and the stagnation of my case, I received all the invoices for the last six months in bulk. These invoices appeared to be back-dated and contained the same non-specific invoicing items. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I pointed out that all charges related to "answering clients' email" were false, as I struggled to get responses from Robert Enos without involving the original attorney, Greg Wayland.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] In one instance, Enos set up a phone call, deliberately avoiding written communication as evidence. During the call, he repeated incorrect information from previous conversations, confirming that the charges regarding "reviewing, examining documents sent by client", some $1500 worth of work, were baseless and deceptive. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the law firm "ARG" due to their unreliable and fraudulent practices. Their lack of communication, unjustified invoicing, and overall negligence have caused unnecessary delays and frustrations in my legal matters. Potential clients should be wary of engaging with this firm. I asked them for credit and some adjustment, they refused saying they had done the work. I contacted my credit card company and was able to dispute only the charges for the last 120-days and even then they ruled against me because they said invoices show work was done! read more

I don't know about this group... My experience: Going through a real property dispute with my kid's mother. After consulting w/ 10-15 different firms I landed on them. I initially spoke w/ a gentleman named Harman (something like that) and he was the reason I went with this firm. My situation had some nuances, and he heard me. Whereas other firms essentially wanted to me rollover and concede certain matters. I give them my retainer and all applicable documentation for my case. Cool. I call in a couple weeks later and am told some new guy now has my case... Ok, I guess... I give him the rundown of my case, and he is supposed to reach out to opposing counsel. Opposing counsel has a certain amount of time they have to respond. ....Let's say a month goes by. I call in for an update. New guy is no longer there, and Ruby now has my case. I'm annoyed at this point, but what am I going to do? They have my retainer. Ruby actually turns out to be really-really good. Gave me the same vibes Harman did. Not going to roll over. ...long story short. Me and my kid's mother end up coming to an agreement and settle out of court. Excellent - saved a bunch of money. All I need now is Ruby to do the administrative "stuff" (file paperwork etc.).... End of story right?! No lol. I call in months later like "Hey, haven't seen anything thing come through". ...and what do you know, Ruby-gone. ...and she made some mistakes, and we have to refile the paperwork work. Mistakes happen, I don't blame Ruby. I get transferred to the paralegal who is going to close my case. She say's I'll give you an update on your case by end of day today. even if there is no update. ...no call at the end of the day, or in the following days. ...I call back a couple weeks later, and the paralegal is busy, but I am told she would send me an update by close of business that day. No update. At this point I send a nasty, but professional email, voicing my displeasure. I'm sure I looked like the crazy one, right?! My case did get resolved. However, if I had to actually go to trial and had to simultaneously deal w/ this bull****, I can't fathom how I would've handled it. May the odds be in your favor. Good luck. Their website encourages you to request a consultation by either calling them or completing their form. I completed their form and was looking forward to speaking to someone for some guidance. Today, two days later, since I did not hear from them, I called to inquire about their services and request a consultation. The receptionist or intake person was very quick to state what "she thought" I needed, but it was completely incorrect; despite my repeating twice what the type of issue I needed consultation about. Though she was incorrect, she was quick to try to analyze what my issue was. Since I could tell that she was not understanding what I needed, I asked her twice if their website gave an overview of the types of legal issues their company covered and she refused to answer. Instead she stated, I'm sory we cannot help you and hung up the phone. It was the most unprofessional and rude encounter I have ever had from what I thought was a respectable and professional business. Their receptionist on the day that I called left a lot to be desired. Maybe they need to spend a little more time training their public-facing employees who represent their business. I have a bad experience after retaining Brian Clark. We had a consultation with Brian and thinking that he would be handling our lawsuit but he ended up assigning our case to Robert Enos. We ended up have to restate our problem to Robert and it was costly whenever we talked to these guys. We disputed the bill as they were purposely dragging our case longer than expected without resolution. We ended up having to fire Robert from representing us after He failed to provide with an accurate information regarding our settlement and we had to find out from the seller's attorney that was a communication between Robert and the opposing lawyer. We had no idea what was going. ARG then charged us the two days that Robert misrepresented us. What a scam artist!!! read more

If you are hesitant to make first contact... Don't be. I was not going to accept the call for the consultation. In todays world it's difficult to know who to trust online. I'm 56, permanently disabled with limited resources. My concern was to get a sales pitch for a large retainer and very little advise. I am very glad I answered that on time call back. Being nervous, I didn't even remember the gentleman's name. But, I will not forget his kind attention to my personal matter. I would trust them with a retainer as it is obvious they are attorneys with integrity. Thank you so very much for easing my mind and helping me see what seemed a rock and a hard place I had gotten myself into had a simple solution. For all of the "good" reviews (real or fake) please please please read all of the negative ones before committing your money and time to these scammers... These reviews are the only one's you know "they" didn't write themselves... My biggest mistake was not reading yelp first, and went with a realtor's suggestion. Later I found out he just randomly picked this "firm" to act like he was helping me... I found out the hard way. I won't go through the specifics because they are the same as the others you read on here... After the depleted half of my retainer on absolutely nothing... and weeks of no responses, I finally put in writing to halt any further action. They again never responded, and eventually I had to go in person to find out what was going on. They're the same in person as they are behind their keyboards... I should have known better than to work with someone who's afraid to meet in person... Although I told them they better not charge me for coming in to ask why no one had contacted me or sent me the remainder of my retainer... They charged me almost $300 for the ten minutes I was there asking for my money. I lost over $1,850 for them to repeat the speech I was told on day one...Never even heard from the main rookie attorney who missed our initial appointment on the phone.
