The speed limit is 15 mph through the roundabout and the law is that a vehicle yields to anyone in the circle. I was in the circle and your truck did not slow down or yield and sped through the roundabout causing me and others to yield so that we were not hit. The truck was white and truck number is T110. The license plate number is 8KA6V1. I think you would agree that killing a child outside of an elementary school would be pretty bad publicity for your company. Perkins had the lowest price out of the three companies I contacted. The employees are friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. I am a former property manager from the Valley and have dealt with numerous rock and sand companies over the years. Look at the condition of this place, it will tell you what you need to know - marked deferred maintenance. The roof over my unit leaked and soaked all of my stuff over the SUMMER! Everything got moldy and had to be discarded. EZE Storage took no responsibility. I could have sued (got lots of photos, and the professional opinions of a contractor and an experienced mover who saw immediately that leaks down beam were due to very worn condition of roof), but given that I moved cross country, it wasn't worth all the trouble. Spend a little more money and go across the street or to another responsible facility. You won't have to risk the loss of all your items. Photos are just a few examples of ruined belongings and delapidated facility condition.

They said it was the thermostat and a coil or something like that that went out. $800, When they put it back together it sounded like a jet engine taking off. They told me that it was the exhaust fan, They would order it, $1200 later the same tec came out to install it. The heater worked good for 3 or 4 weeks and went out, again on a weekend. One of the installers came out because he was on call and said after I told him that I was already 2k deep into this unit in the last couple of months. He told me that something covered went out and they would fix it for free. A few days later the same tec that came out worked on it the last two times said the circuit board went out, That it was not covered and would be another $1600 to fix, And that the heater was rusted out and needed to be replaced. I asked how much dose a new heater cost and he told me that they are around 4k. If the heater needed to be replaced they should have led with that information from the start. Not sure if I just ended up with the tec that finished last in school or if this is the way this company dose business. I told them no to fixing it and last month i stated getting estimates for a heater/ AC combo, I called them to see if they would count some of the cash I have waisted there towards a new system. I told them that I wanted a Trane unit. It took several days for them to get back to me and when they did their discounted offer was 2k more than the company that was installing my new system that day. Not sure if it was the tec that kept coming or the company, But i would not recommend.
