If anyone needs an electrician, they don't have to look any further than your company. I didn't think I'd be able to afford your services but I messaged Chase anyway--several times. Last year my granddaughter paid a 'handyman' to install a new ceiling fan in her living room and it has never worked. I wanted to have it repaired because it's so beautiful and she's never seen it on. You sent detailed responses to each question. Then I sent another message to tell you the room at my granddaughter's house with the lighting issue had a 12 ft. ceiling and you came armed with a 12 foot ladder--only to arrive and inform us that the room actually had a 16 ft. ceiling. Can't believe you were actually going to go to Home Depot to buy another ladder because you said you lived an hour away. I asked if you could just come back the next day because--one more day didn't matter. You came back the next day and found and repaired the problem the handyman had created. I'd expected to pay an extra fee for my 'guesstimation" error that led to an added inconvenience of returning. I couldn't believe you said there was no extra fee. I'm now busy looking for a new ceiling fan for you to install in my living room before you get too booked. I've had quotes from other electricians and didn't expect your prices to be so reasonable BUT you were also very thorough in diagnosing and fixing the problem AND on top of that your customer service was beyond AMAZING! We purchased new TVs for our home to have mounted along with some new fans and called and spoke to Chase who gave us a great, reasonable price. He came out that weekend and was very professional the whole time. We requested to have some cam lights installed in our master bath on which he got the material upon our approval to wait and installed those as well. We were very pleased with the work done in our home and how polite and clean Chase was.
