My 80 year old parents called them to come and repair their system. The tech came out and charged…read more250.00 and did NOTHING except tell them is couldn't be repaired. They were quoted 22,000 for a new system. I just happened to call while this was happening and they were in the process of filling out a credit application. I called my brother who lives close by to go and see what was happening. He sent them on their way after paying the 250.00 of course. He called another company ( D & W also in Covington) who simply added freon and it works perfectly. Be warned they will take advantage of older people if given the chance !!! not to mention the service manager and owner will not even return a call.

I was given a 3-hour window when they would show up, and they arrived within the first hour (and were done in just over 2 hours). The crew (2 guys) was very efficient. They explained the process and answered any questions. Then they proceeded through the house, connecting the large vacuum hose via the furnace and using a compressed air hose to blow off the dirt and dust for removal. The final phase was the additional dryer vent clean-out. This was complicated slightly due to the piping layout in our walls, but they managed it. I thought the pricing was in line with other companies. They had positive reviews online, and from our experience we would hire them again.

They came back out and replaced what needed to be replaced. They were clean and straightened up behind themselves. Both were very nice. We will call them when we need our vents cleaned in the future.
