Called to ask about the price of a vape or two before I drive 15 minutes out to this location (unfortunately the closest smoke shop) the person on the other end of the phone was very rude & not helpful at all. I asked about the cheapest GeekBar vape he said $25 (which is absurd) so I tried to ask the price of a LostMary vape & was cut off with, "You're just going to have to drive down here at this point. You sound like another shop asking about our prices." Mind you this phone call was 47 seconds long. Hire better people! read more

I go here regularly for cigars. Nice humidor - Nice selection and pricing on cigars is the best around (I've checked). I can't speak to prices on the rest but wouldn't expect them to compete w/ online. Staff is always nice. No problem walking around. Seems well kept to me. read more

I've been to this smoke shop several times throughout the years. The staff is friendly for the most part. Not awesome but not bad either. This place is a cluttered mess. Random vape juices on sale on the counter in boxes and it feels like a hoarders paradise walking through the small aisle ways with products literally everywhere. Another turn off is often times it seems this place is a hang out for the employees friends with several of them chatting while customers come and go. Now the reason I wrote the review. I only go here when I'm out of my go to vape juice. I love supporting local businesses so I don't mind paying a little extra. But nearly double the price? No more. I was waiting for an online order that I paid $12/bottle of Reds Berries Iced. I stopped in yesterday and paid $22 for the same product. The service and convenience is not worth $10. If you're looking for a Vape shop with top of the line service and MUCH better prices make the drive to Blue Dragon Vapor. It's clean, better service by a mile and prices 30-40% cheaper. read more

Knowledgeable staff. Quirky owner, kind of reminds me of a dry Steven Wright (comedian). I'm usually in and out quick once a month for vape supplies. Haven't experienced any problems with staff like in other reviews. Owner could use more personality, but that's my only gripe I suppose. read more

I walked in the store and I was greeted with a rude man (Mexican guy with curly hair with fade) asking for my identification straight away. I gave him my ID and looks at it for at most half a second and tells me it's not gonna cut it and said get out. The store is a bunch of mother bitches. I would rather go to sunburst smoke shop down the street on 83rd for best customer service I've ever had. And also a lot cheaper puff bars. The prices at this shop are through the roof. read more

I went here, and the staff were EXTREMELY loud, and arrogant. There is no need for rape jokes in the service industry. The employee's young friends were here yelling, and even banging on the window in the cigar room trying to get the employee's attention. I couldn't even think on my own to decide on the product that I wanted, because of the constant nagging from the employee. Despite this, I still tried the cigar that was suggested. Upon taking the cigar home, I found out it was actually probably the worst cigar I've tasted. It was a five pack of cigarillos, their flavor lasted about five puffs before just tasting like ash. Dishonest, arrogant & 2 faced. These are all words i would use to sum up this store as a customer of 2 years. The burnt out looser always talks about dabs and never made the stuff but i digress​. I watched them mark the prices up for some (older college type) and lower it for others ( like there highschool kids that im pretty sure aren't even allowed to buy glass). They sale glass that has micro cracks and while some will lie , there is at least one honest kid there that will always tell the truth. Without him that store would be closed already. The glass they keep there is just the broke, flawed and unwanted from the other shop. I really wish i had the time to highlight some other memorable moments like when the pakastani owner sold a bong to a highschool student at liberty and since he did not say a bowl for smoking was included he accused the highschool student of stealing and began to harass the 15 yr old student with violence, going to the school and getting him kicked out and even going to the kids house. Im not sure about you guys but some pile of crap like this threatens my kids the same way we have big problems. Just wanted everyone to know and be able to make there own choices but supporting this monster in our nice neighborhood is very bad for business. Thanks & God bless read more
