I'm very disappointed with my experience at this smoke shop. I purchased a vape that turned out to be defective--the pod was spitting liquid/juice directly out of the mouthpiece, making it basically unusable. When I went back to the shop to explain the issue, they refused to exchange it or provide a refund. I understand that some products can be defective, but refusing to do anything about a faulty product is unacceptable. I would not recommend this smoke shop. Save your money and shop somewhere that stands behind the products they sell. read more

I bought a torch about two weeks ago and the igniter well I think I paid about 45 bucks for it and I'm sure the company only pays maybe 10. I went in there and talk to the manager Ray and he refused to give me a credit on the torch that I had bought even though I was willing to upgrade to a nicer one. Definitely don't recommend going to this place. I own my own company myself and customer service is huge. For a $10 item to lose a customer is complete stupidity. Not a bad smoke shop for the things you need. But the one thing is they need to update the hours from open - close. You say you're open everyday until 1am but i bad went before 10pm and they had already closed. It would be appreciated if that can be fixed as i'm sure other people besides myself have drove there before 1am thinking they were open and then finding out once they are there that it's closed. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SMOKE SHOP!!! The staff and owner is extremely rude and doesn't care about customer service or the quality of the products they sell. I spent $20 on a disposable vape that is usually around $12 in other shops and it didn't work once I opened it so I went back to just exchange it out for one that worked and the owner said that he didn't care and that it's not his problem. This smoke shop is really small, but very well stocked. The staff is really friendly. This is a place i would not recommend bringing children (Due to the porn on the walls), but all your tobacco needs can be satisfied here. Overall very unhappy with the service and the products. I purchased my first ecig here and at first the guy seemed helpful and knowledgeable. I spent $80 on the set up and the next day upon using my ecig it appears that it is not charged or is broken. I took the battery back and had it replaced, but again the same thing happened. Overly unhappy, I go back to ask for a refund and I was denied my money back. I contacted the manager AND the owner and no one ever returned my phone calls. I ended up buying an entirely new ecig battery and chamber from a different smoke shop and have not had one problem since. I literally pissed away $80 for a crappy product. I Purchased a water pipe a few weeks ago, and when I got home the bowl / stem system did not work with the piece. I went right back to the store and the employee (youger kid) was rude to me and told me "sorry that's how we get them bro" I explained that it didn't work so I needed a proper bowl for the piece, and he then charged me $10 for an addition bowl/ stem that would fit. How can you charge someone extra when you sell something to someone that doesn't work? I have been shopping in smoke shops for 20 years and have never had something like that happen. Despite my better judgement I went into this shop for a second time. The only positive about this shop is the fact that it is located very close to my house. The first time I went in, it was to get a new atomizer. I figured that if I spent double on a "better" model, I would get my money's worth. Instead, I got about one week of solid puffs until I couldn't take a hit without slurping down half the vapor from the chamber with each drag. Lesson learned. Then, given the fact that I was short on time, I figured they couldn't mess up on tried and true vapor brands so I picked up a Mountain Dew and tutti frutti and had a minor heart attach when he rung me up and told me it would be 20.00 (10.00 each flavor). I will now plan ahead and make the drive to Zarona for all future e-cig needs. This shop is ridiculously over priced and sells poor products. Team Zarona all the way! read more
