Poorly managed, mediocre facility. They lack quality customer service. More of a social hang-out than a gym.

There was a big sense of community among everyone that was there, which I appreciated. I wish that they would've asked if I had any injuries, because I do have a pretty significant lower back injury that I know how to modify for but was corrected on a couple things for. Other than that, things were great!

I consistently attend both the HIST and Body Work classes, and the programming is challenging, effective, and always different. Beyond the incredible workouts, the community at Bach is second to none. It's a supportive and motivating group of people who make coming to class something I look forward to every day. The biggest factor in my success, however, has to be the coaches. A huge thank you to Nathan, Johnny, Jermaine, and Howie. They are all incredibly knowledgeable, have a deep understanding of human movement, and truly care about helping you improve. When I arrived for my 0930 class I greeted and instructed to sign in. At about 0935, I noticed that we weren't going into the studio. We were soon informed that the instructor had not shown up for the class and we would have to cancel or wait for the 10:50am class. I wasn't able to stay and wait for the next class but the receptionist was very kind, he refunded my ClassPass points and offered a free visit. He then gave me a tour of the facilities, answered my questions, and validated my parking. Beautiful studio, seems like a fun work out, but unfortunately I wasn't able to get a full experience.

My bestie and I recently signed up for a free intro boxing class at Rumble. Initially when we first…read moresigned up, the class was expected to be full. To our surprise, there was just 3 of us total. I didn't mind, because it gave us way more room and felt like a private session. Before starting, they make sure you have the proper gloves and wraps, and even help you put them on. I fortunately had my own gloves and wraps from previous years of boxing. I believe if you don't have any, it's like $25 or so? They give you the wraps and lend you gloves in this case. The general makeup of the studio is boxing bags on one side and weights with small benches on the other. They set it up so that it feels like a party, with loud music, hyped up chants, and black lights. Our instructor, Jamaal, was awesome and very energetic! The class itself was challenging, but definitely doable if you workout pretty regularly. We started on the bags, with a total of about 3 rounds of boxing. The instructor (standing on a small platform) usually calls out the movements/combinations before each part of the round. I love that they also have a projector showing the movements and timer on the top of the wall. For the second half of the class, we did a mini HIIT workout with weights and small cardio moves in between. This part was even tougher for me, because it's not as choreographed as the boxing portion. I still enjoyed it and felt great afterwards! All in all, I would definitely consider doing another class at some point. My one suggestion is that they either get better mics or turn down the music slightly so that you can clearly hear the instructor.

Joining Life Time has been one of the best decisions our family has made…read more Like many busy professionals, I had built a great home gym over the years. What I didn't realize I was missing was the energy that comes from being surrounded by people pursuing health, wellness, growth, and recovery. What sets Life Time apart is that it isn't just a gym. It's an ecosystem built around helping people become the healthiest version of themselves. One day I may run laps on the indoor track. Another day I may focus on strength training, core work, boxing, stretching, or recovery. There are machines and training areas for every fitness level and every goal imaginable. Treadmills, weights, functional fitness spaces, recovery tools, massage chairs, stretching equipment, steam rooms, hot tubs, infrared saunas, traditional saunas, cold recovery spaces, and more. And yes, there are televisions everywhere filled with sports. Lots and lots of sports. The atmosphere is contagious. You are surrounded by people investing in themselves, challenging themselves, and pursuing healthier lives. One of the lessons I recently wrote about in my article Dynamic Stretch + Recovery is that growth doesn't happen during the workout alone. Growth happens in the recovery. Muscles strengthen when they are challenged and then given time to rebuild. The same is true in life. The best leaders understand this. The healthiest people understand this. Strong performance requires intentional recovery. Life Time has reminded me of that truth. For me, the traditional sauna has become a favorite place to reflect, pray, recover, and simply be still. It is often in those quiet moments that I find clarity, gratitude, and perspective. What has surprised me most is how much our entire family loves it. My daughter is having a blast with the pools, water slides, and activities. The outdoor beach club atmosphere, music, and weekend events make it feel more like a resort than a gym. My husband has found a place to exercise, stay active, and invest in his health as well. We joined thinking we were purchasing a fitness membership. What we found was community, family experiences, wellness, recovery, inspiration, and joy. In a world that constantly tells us to do more, Life Time reminds us that our health, our families, and our well-being are worth investing in too. Grateful we made the decision.

It took probably 45 minutes for anybody to do anything which again didn't help me very much. I went into the sauna and it's similarly filthy. By looking through the spaces between the cedar planks you can see Band-Aids and other crap there. Just really dirty for something we pay so much for. There is also no direct way to contact corporate about this. The offer was to talk locally to the concierge but I guess that's really the problem isn't it. What we talking locally do if this is how they maintain the club anyway. It's just terrible that I have to do this every time you know every other month it's this way.

Fit to Be is located in the same building and on the same level as American Roadhouse. There's plenty of parking in the lot behind the building, and the studio has a small lobby area to wait in before classes start. They have a single room for classes, but it has a sliding barn door in the back, making it possible to conduct private training sessions at the same time a larger class is going on. Other reviews note that classes are capped at 15, but I've never had more than twelve. I have yet to take a class with Julie (the owner, acclaimed in many other reviews), but that's because I'm such a huge fan of Bryn's Ballerobica class at 9am on Saturdays. Barre or ballet-inpsired classes are a dime a dozen these days, but Ballerobica is the best I've found. It adds an aerobic element to the standard core exercises, so you feel like you've gotten a much bigger calorie burn. Plus, Bryn is a phenomenal teacher- she pushes without yelling and she is continually upbeat without being fake. Everyone -from students to teachers - seems genuinely glad to be there. I leave class feeling upbeat (and sweaty) which is exactly what I'm looking for. Though I discovered Fit to Be through Classpass (which is awesome, by the way), these are classes I might actually pay extra to be able to attend more of them than the three per month Classpass limits you to. At just $15 for one drop in class (and packages that go down in cost from there), Fit to Be is also one of the more reasonable gyms I've found. I can't wait to try more classes, because Fit to Be is certainly as good as it gets!
