The front desk staff and management were not helpful-- at check in the desk clerk was short, seemed bored and did not tell us about any of the amenities like breakfast, etc..., and our bill was an absolute mess. We tried to straighten it out with phone calls and emails but were completely gaslighted and had to involve our credit card company. I will say parking was easy and the cleaning staff was great. My advice: look for another option.

They try to be ADA accessible but the shower seat provided was so comically small that my wheelchair wife has to sit on the floor to use it, something she can't get in and out of because, well she's in a wheelchair. If you're looking for a goodnight sleep this place is way to loud for that to ever happen. If you are in a wheelchair don't expect to be able to use the shower. At least staff was nice enough to let us depart early with no penalty.

The lobby area I don't have anything negative to note and the connected bar/restaurant looked nice. Our room was in rough shape. The bathroom ceiling had an extreme leak with bad stains and the floor and toilet were soaked. Walls are pretty thin and you can hear a dog on our floor barking and other conversations happening in other rooms. Bed was small, uncomfortable, and squeaky. The only other room available that evening was the room causing the leak in our original room. The sink was running and there was a smell of mildew & chemicals in the entire room. The chair at the desk was disgusting and covered in stains. We had to find a hotel at 12AM refusing to stay at Hotel Wayne. Again, I appreciate the older charm to the place, but a lot needs to be kept up with - especially for ~$200/night.

Tasty iced latte, nice espresso. They brew 2Queens beans that I've tried before at other coffee shops in Sullivan County. There is a nice pool area, basketball hoop, fire pit, and a small beach area down by the lake. Also, they have many sail boats, kayaks, and rowboats to take out free of charge. Our cottage also had a charcoal grill and patio area, and it seemed like every other room had the same. Pine grove is in a nice quiet area with not much around you but if you do need anything there's a Walmart, grocery store, Dunkin Donuts, and many more stores about 5 miles away. We had a great time here, I would recommend!
