They are people who are passionate about what they do and practice what they preach. Everyone on their team is like this: Sam, Kayla, Chase, Paige, Cayla, Austin, and Drew. How many gyms have you been a part of where you knew all of the staff's names and had genuine conversations with each of them? 2) Knowledge - I've learned so much from conversations with Sam and Chase. Everyone there is more than happy to share what they know about nutrition and fitness, and they know their stuff on a deep level. 3) Philosophy - They embrace and promote a holistic view on improving health and named their club appropriately. Getting truly fit isn't just about minutes on cardio and reps. It has to involve nutrition too for it to be a real health and lifestyle transformation.
