When we got there and checked in online, we went to the counter to the same irritable woman working, she told us that it would be 2-3 hours, we said even though we scheduled an appointment and she replied yes... so we walked out to the car and got a text message as soon as we got out of the door and she cancelled our appointments. Absolutely the worst experience ever.

She told me how apologetic the doctor was in regard to something with her Xray. Although we were here for a very long time, I was pleased with the hardworking staff and how vigilant they were in keeping everything sanitized.

He takes time to get to know his patients and ass about things going on in their lives or in my case, about the book I was reading in the waiting room. The Nurse Practitioner is also so kind and compassionate. She held my hand the entire time during a difficult procedure I had done in the office with Dr. Summers. She made sure I was comfortable throughout. His office is decorated in an eclectic vintage style reminiscent of the American Pickers TV show store in Nashville. The majority of the exam rooms have a theme. I was in the Marilyn Monroe room for my first visit. The place kind of makes you feel like you're in someone's home rather than a cold, impersonal, clinical setting. I trust Dr. Summers and his team. Everyone from the secretary who answers phones and the nurses who triage patients have been exceptional.

We were 10 minutes late as I had to borrow the practice's wheel chair. As we were coming through the door, he instructed me (from behind the check-in window) to LEAVE HER OUTSIDE!
