They offer both homeopathic medicines as well the standard medications. Dr. Jimmeh (who sadly left during COVID) was the most knowledgeable and helpful, she was one of the best pain/neurologist doctors I've seen ever. The staff is always helpful, and easy to work with, Especially when BC/BS messes with medication coverage. Sadly after Dr. Jimmeh left I was put with another doctor, him and I didn't see eye to eye and my confidence in the Doleys clinic lagged. I may have left but I would still very much recommend them as one of the few good pain clinics in the Birmingham area. I always felt just like a number being prodded through an assembly line. And sadly, I never saw the facility with lots of patients so it was never like they were slammed busy and just trying to juggle too many people. In addition, they absolutely required you to wear a mask for any sort of a sick visit even if I didn't have a fever or symptoms that were concerning. Example, I get sinus infections from allergies (nothing contagious), I explained that, but they still require a mask. Now, the doctors there are fine and when you can actually get an appointment, you overlook the attitudes from the support staff and you conform to their way or the highway type rules... it's fine. .

Knowing your child's gender...after having stacks of paper work that show what his gender is, no one can get it right...I understand if its another establishment, but a doctors office that has seen him multiple times and specializes in the human body...I shouldn't have to correct 5 different people about this in a 10 minute period of time 2. "Show up at 6:30, it'll be a 10-15 minute procedure and you'll be on your way, super fast"....still waiting on a doctor 2 hours later...and by the way your toddler can't eat or drink anything since yesterday 3. As a parent, I expect to be briefed on the procedure, what to expect, what they will be doing with him...but no, not one explanation of what the procedure entails from anyone...the doctor pops in says a measly hey then leaves with no info... She is knowledgeable, professional, and someone I have felt confident following medically. However, over the last couple of years, my annual appointments have consistently been with a physician assistant rather than with Dr. Leong. Unfortunately, my experiences with this provider have been disappointing. I have felt talked over during visits, not fully listened to, and at times treated as though my concerns were an inconvenience. I raised these concerns previously and was told I would not have to see this provider again, yet at my most recent visit I was scheduled with her again. The most concerning experience occurred when I became extremely ill. My wife called the office to request medication for nausea and was told that if we did not hear back, we should check the pharmacy. There was no follow-up call and no prescription sent. For a patient of more than two decades, that lack of communication and care felt dismissive and unacceptable. I still have respect for Dr. Leong, but the overall patient experience has declined. Long-term patients deserve to feel heard, respected, and cared for -- especially when acutely ill. I hope the practice and anyone thinking of joining takes this feedback seriously.

I was in to see him early and had labs after and all was timely and very efficient. The Complete Health portal is one of the best of any we use.
