I've been seeing Dr. Grey consistently for almost 9 years. I first started seeing him after a car accident I experienced with my infant daughter who would later be diagnosed and succumb to a brain tumor. After my daughter's passing, they showed me a surprising amount of support and extra care. Not always or necessarily extra treatments, but these people and their customer service goes beyond treating myself and others like just quality customers that fill their pockets. But they treat their clients/customers like the humans we are and really consider us as a whole being that just wants to be considered for the things we've experienced and help aid us to get better. All that to say, I love going to the chiropractor. I love how the adjustments make me feel and in a funny way they really feel like family. At least for me. I really appreciate Dr Greys approach and overall kindness and consideration for my feelings and emotions and with the small amount of information or knowledge into my life. I have a lot of trust for Dr Grey when it comes to his treatment suggestions, adjustments, and he is always willing to work with me when I can't afford certain treatments or make the whole payment for each visit. But He's also great at considering my body autonomy which speaks volumes and is SO important being a young woman. I pay out-of-pocket and when my daughter first passed, I quit my job and eventually became too broke to afford regular visits and also ranked up a decent bill on my account and even after I technically ghosted them, they reached out with a complimentary adjustment in hopes that I wouldn't regress and to make sure I'm doing well. That means a lot and it gave me the opportunity to express my appreciation for their patience and ensure them that I have full and total intentions of paying off my account and I intend to be a patient at Dr Greys chiropractic private practice for as long as I live or for as long as they continue to serve this community. Dr Gray is personable and very good at working my body. I always feel great afterwards.

Ellen is always courteous on the phone and in the office. They do there best to get me in same day or early the next. I never have left Dr Grays office in pain though there have been many times I have arrived in much pain. From my lower back pain to a stiff neck he is always making sure I'm better than when I walked in. Dr Gray has even adjusted my feet/ankles and hands. Dr. Jon Gray is no doubt experienced and does care for his patients well-being. His staff are a delight to work with, although concerned they may have a shortage of PT assistants. Occasionally a receptionist will perform ultrasound or use of a massage tool. They have a good supply of health products on hand for purchase. Very clean facility and well-organized. My insurance unfortunately does not cover chiropractic care. I would love to return a few times per week to speed up the healing process. I was suffering from serious pain in my left knee. Diagnosis by DOC was no cartilage; bone on bone. I did not want to do surgery at age 84. Dr Gray performed a series on Stem Wave treatments and bam. I have known Dr Gray for about 15 years, and the 1st thing I'll say is in all that time there's maybe a couple of people Along my journey in the medical field That could match my trust and confidence in doctor Gray's Knowledge and abilities. I am a post heart transplant patient at seventeen years, And most recently doctor gray Has given me the ability to be active again. I was harboring a bad back and a really bad sciatic nerve, And with his knowledge and ability I am feeling better. Here's the key though you have to listen to him I wish I would have sooner. Because hes also very patient With the people that he cares for. Now beyond That There's a possibility I might need another heart but it doesn't happen if my kidneys get worse. My amazing Cardiac transplant team at the University of Utah Has definitely kept me alive, But they have a pretty rigid program On taking anything outside the normal medications. With that being said my kidneys were getting worse doctor gray put me on some therapy and they are now getting better. And my cardiac transplant team has built a trust themselves for doctor gray, Which is hard to do. They will say things are looking good what are you doing, And I will respond with The utilization of doctor grey's talents, And it's funny they will just look at me and say sounds good, As they kind of hush me, And plug there ears. There is absolutely nobody better than the university of utah, But I am a respiratory therapist in the medical field for thirty years and I have See the boundaries that are put on the medical field. Went to see dr gray after 5+ days of not being able to move my neck or sit or or get up with out being in extreme pain, I also had some pre existing pains(pinched nerve, as well as a pain in my back from 4 epidurals) found out my whole body is out of whack but now I'm feeling sooo much better and can move and do things easier, my back and neck are stronger thanks to the physical therapy strengthening exercises each day, plus doing them at home.. still have a one spot in my back, but with seeing dr gray and the exercises I do we will get it on track.. he also gets to know you as a friend not just another patient..would recommend him to anyone that asks read more
