I have an issue with them every single time. Communication there is TERRIBLE. I am the only person to advocate for myself. I know truly the issue is Insurance and the demand that is on doctors to hurry, but I could not feel more: not listened to, not taken seriously, than when I'm there seeing Kacey. There is a particular person at the front desk that is always rude. They always treat you like you are the biggest inconvenience, and all I'm trying to do is literally stay alive as a type one diabetic. This has been going on for years with them, but this past situation with my Omnipod's, really sent it over the edge for me. Because of their inconsiderate unprofessionalism, I was completely without an insulin pump just because they wouldn't get my prescription sent to Insurance correctly. I tried going to a different doctor that was recommended to me at another HMG office, but apparently it is a conflict of interest and will not allow that. If I could give it negative stars, I would. I know that the demand is probably high and calls come in all the time and they have to set boundaries themselves. I am all for that in general, but it goes a long way when you at least show that you at least care for somebody and their wellbeing like they say they do

Unfortunately time moves and he was replaced by Dr. John Collins. I had bone cancer 20 years ago and have a 10 inch steel rod in my left arm in place of my radius. I've been on percocet since. It hurts every day and I'm kinda clumsy and smack my arm on things. I take percocet for break out pain. I take about 60 per year. Per. Year. Neither previous doctor was remotely concerned about the amount I took. Collins just flat out refused. I am not at risk of opiate dependency. I am not at risk of health problems from opiate use. I guess pain management for quality of life isn't high on his priority list. I guess he knows better than all my other doctors that have had no issue prescribing it. I hope he steps on a Lego every day for the rest of his life and can't take any pain meds.

They said there was thc and hydrocodone in my system, so they canceled me wout telling me. I have tried pot 2 times in my whole life when I was a teen 35 years ago and hated it, was so paranoid the whole time. I havent taken hydrocodone in decades, so canceling me wout even doing it again or talking to me is the WORST thing I've ever heard of. Beware of this place!!
