Please don't let this person near your probate case he is the worst. first off i can only comment on his actions as a court appointed executor and he is wrong on so many levels first there was only one major asset to be split 3 ways he took almost an entire year to pay out his record keeping is all over the place and a joke he deposited the money to his 'business' account keeping all interest that was paid from the sale he charged us for paying off debt to pay himself back for paying off bills out of the account he put our money in as far as I am concerned he is a crook who will rob you also he gave no copies of anything the only reason we know anything is because we paid for the court docs he filed to close probate before we knew anything and basically just used us signing for payment as signing off on everything how do you miss calculate a hundred and 20 thousand dollars there was no copies that he actually paid off any bills and i believe he knew exactly what he was doing and has probably done it to others there is a reason he deals with the poorer people because we are already used to not having a lot so he can take advantage of our grief and rob us blind and since we are not expecting a whole lot we are just going to want to hurry this process up and be happy to get whatever he wants to leave us Please don't become one of this mans victims. read more

One star is one star too many. Incompetent. Seems confused. Every single query or response contained at least one mistake that needed to be corrected. That's if you do hear from his office. Doesn't answer his phone, doesn't answer emails, and he treats important documents with deadlines as if they were a high school assignment and he's okay getting an F from the teacher. Unprofessional and Dishonest. Stay away!! I requested a legal letter to address inconsistent payment against a promissory note that Mr. Gray drafted. The initial response was prompt, but the draft letter needed some work. I asked for some changes but never heard back. Emailed 3 times and called twice over 3 weeks. No response. I finally gave up and moved on. Months later, I was emailed to inform me that, because I hadn't responded, I was being billed for the letter and consult. I provided evidence of my correspondence and was told that "clearly" it was not received. Somehow, emails get through for billing, but not otherwise. Calls to discuss continue to go unanswered. read more

I requested representation in my landlord/tenant issue and Judson Gray seemed to be knowledgeable. When we went to court he was unprepared, the judge gave him an option to request a continuance but he denied. He did not review the defendants responses prior to court or speak to me. It was a terrible experience as he did not represent me very well at all but made us look bad. He did not file all the correct paperwork and then withdrew himself from my case because I mentioned how I was not represented fairly in this case. I would not recommend this firm at all. read more

I hired this man because he was recommended by another lawyer that I trusted. At our initial meeting he seemed competent, although I was a bit put off by his very messy office, including even the reception area. But it seems like his secretary is running everything and if she were my secretary I would fire her in a heartbeat. Extremely pleased with his service. He may not work out of a fancy office in a high rise office building downtown, with multiple associates and God only knows how many secretaries and legal staff, like the lawyers we were fighting, but let me tell you, he kicked their A$$. When we first met him we were happy with our choice in a lawyer. He told us from day one, "The burden of proof is on the other side, I do not plan on doing anything until they make a motion, that way I don't have to charge you anything until it's required". Mr. Judson kept us informed, his fees were reasonable and most importantly he won. Not sure if it was lack of competence or a lawyer living up to stereotype. During my initial appointment Mr. Gray informed me what he was going to do to remedy my issue and the charges that I should expect. 10 days later I hadn't received any update. I call and leave a message hoping to hear back from Mr. Gray.17 days later and not even a return phone call. I really believe this outfit for whatever reason has made choices that has delayed my piece of mind and I wouldn't trust them with any important processes such as real estate closings or anything probate related. I made an appointment to meet Mr. Gray to go over the paperwork/contract for my fathers nursing home for 11am the following day. I received a call back the same day and was told he had an emergency and if I could reschedule. I explained to them that I couldn't because I had to meet the nursing home staff at 1pm. They suggested that I try and reschedule the appointment with the nursing home. I did it and all was set to meet. The day of the appointment I drove 30 minutes to keep my 1pm appointment. When I arrived I was told he was not there and would be there in 40 minutes and that I could wait. I told them them they should have informed me and I left. I rescheduled the nursing home again because our appointment was for 3pm. I left to go down the street to get lunch and called them back within 5 minutes to let them know I was coming back at 1:40 like they suggested. I was then informed that they had a 2pm appointment and that they couldn't see me. WHAT!?! My response was that they should call the 2pm appointment and tell them to come later since I was already there. Which they would not do. I rearranged my schedule for them twice and they disregarded my time as if I wasn't as important as the next appointment. I've never seen such a mickey mouse operation. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!!! read more
