A consummate professional. It is a home in Forest Creek area so be aware of that, but he even wore a mask to answer the door when I arrived. It was before Christmas so he said not likely until after Christmas as he was fully booked. Surprise - someone cancelled and he under-promised and over-delivered!! I'll have to add photo later, it's a surprise but he did a wonderful job and it was priced better than any of the other folks I found that could do this job. Excellent customer service and I have my new place for engraving and it's close to home which is even better!!! read more

I was kind of stuck in a rut.. last minute (mostly due to an Etsy shop mess up) we needed wine tumblers engraved for a celebration next week and had to turn to our local vendors. I AM SO GRATEFUL WE DID!!! Tony is THE nicest person! He was honest, gave incredibly fair prices and his work was stunning! I dropped the tumblers off yesterday.. we talked about the design.. he told me they would be done Monday. Which I was more than thrilled with! Today I got an email that they were ready for pick up! Tony was amazing! I wanted to have a gift engraved for my parents and he was able to see me the next day. He helped me research graphics and ran engraving tests so we could see how they would turn out. He was great in explaining his concerns and wanting to make sure the quality was up to his standards. When I returned with my own graphics, he was able to set it up and complete the entire engraving process quickly, including running another test before we engraved the real thing. Bonus: he let me video the engraving to show to my parents later! He's professional, knowledgeable, inexpensive, quick and licensed. And he's just a nice guy! read more

I got a quote, scheduled an appointment, and got 10 knives laser engraved all in the same day! Tony responded to my request through Yelp! for a quote within 30 minutes, and within an hour I had an appointment scheduled. He was a 20 min farther north for me than the other places, but his price was 300% cheaper than my most expensive quote and still 60% cheaper than the next cheapest. Not only that, he was the only one who promised next day turnaround. I showed up to the appointment (it's a residence) and he said he could get everything done while I waited if I had time to stick around. The process was so quick and painless, my knives were engraved, paid for, and I was out the door in 30 minutes. As an aside, he does FFL transfers too. Looks like I need to look around for more stuff to engrave, because I will definitely be coming back. read more

Wow words cannot express the amazing customer service that Tony provides! To start, I emailed same-day about getting a bible engraved for a gift. He responded within 15 min and said he could make it happen. I had gotten off work late and then hit a hideous rain storm on my way there. Needless to say, I was late. I arrived 20 minutes past closing time and he welcomed me in and got to work. He's SO kind and he answered all of my nosy questions about how the machine works. 10 minutes later and I'm on the way home with an amazing gift. read more

I had contacted Tony from Gray Laser and had a great experience on the overall process. The communication is good on questions with details on the overall engraving process. It was really cool to drop off and seeing the entire process from start to finish onsite if you are in the Austin Area. The process takes about 25-30 mins while talking about the standards to engrave different materials from gifts to firearm accessories.
