After reading the reviews, I called and asked if they could replace the stem on a Seiko Chronograph. They said to bring it in, and they would see what it needed. I had called four other jewelry stores and all of them told me to send to to Seiko. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was very pleased that Efrain was able to look at it right away.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He was able to modify another stem and replaced it while we waited. He also replaced the battery and cleaned the battery area as the Seiko button cell had leaked. The price, service and time spent was great. We could not have been happier. My dad bought me beautiful arraccadas in Mexico, they're only found in the small town he's from and wearing them brings me so much pride and joy. I'm new to the area and found the facility by accident just driving by. I had several Seiko wrist watches that needed repair so I brought in my first one that hadn't run in 15 years. Within minutes the jeweler, I believe his name is Efrem, discovered that it had the wrong battery so he did a quick inspection, put in the appropriate battery and now the watch runs like new. I then brought in the other two, one that he repaired within minutes. The third watch was solar powered so the jeweler ordered a new capacitor and once installed it too operates as good as new. I took a friend to get a battery replacement for her watch. The person that helped her was very friendly and knowledgeable about jewelry. The prices are very reasonable compared to other competitors in which she has had a bad experience with thus the reason for coming here. The last place she went to replaced her battery and it lasted only one month. The jeweler at Sky jeweler does the work in front of the customers and not in a concealed room where you cannot see what they are doing that's why she suspected that the last jewelry repair shop could have given her a used battery. (I didn't want to use a previous store that I had used because it was too expensive). I just happened to drive by Efrain's shop. He is located inside La Plaza Grocery Store on S.
