I am not normally a tour person, but since I was visiting Orlando for the first time I decided to give Gray Line a go. I did the full day, manatee snorkel tour that also included an airboat trip and a visit to the state park. Booking was smooth, and they were accommodating and picked me up in front of my resort. They provided a great box lunch and my tour guide Kevin was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, friendly & engaging. The snorkel tour was amazing and we had an incredible experience being in the water with the manatees. Each site we visited was well organized and provided a great experience. Used this company to go from Orlando to Clearwater Beach and had a horrible experience. The guide has extreme body odor. The driver was driving extremely aggressive and was on and off the gas and brake so bad it was giving us whiplash and motion sickness. The bus ride was the worst I have ever been on and will never take another grey line again. read more

Easy pickup at our hotel with a bag breakfast on the drive down. Bonni was our tour guide and was professional and charismatic. She had great knowledge of the area and made the drive go by quickly. The Kennedy space center was well worth the visit and we returned to the van at the end of the day to cold water and snacks. - Guide had no knowledge how to move around KSC - he didn't tell us about app and online booking. So missed booking and indie and bad experience at KSC. - Guide has mistakenly given me tickets and then asked for money for the tickets. My booking was transportation only. - Guide was available only outside and as such served zero purpose - route was too long, its tiring in the traffic of Orlando. Would prefer over you and suggest the same to others - too expensive compared Uber and for a bus ride which has fixed schedule - KSC Tickets are expensive then what is offered at Kiosk at the visitor centre - Guide has embarrassed one old for fun because she was late.. she was elderly lady and had language issue too.. possibly Asian heritages. Why to embarrass people who are might have challenges navigating.. Brad is stood to ask people applaud when she enters with her son.. Brad is not caring at all. - Greedy driver and Greedy Guide Brad- they were looking for tips and no service. Can't accommodate any requests but passively forcing people for tips, usually to international tourists who are naive. Should be fired for fraudulent practice to entice money. They are paid by you and should do the jobs. - too much pursuing for good reviews by Brad. People are tired and he can't them rest and looking for review. It's bad that he was asking people for reviews when all were tired. - I left the bus at first and took uber took Uber to ICON park because route was so pathetic. My hotel passed by me but there is no way to get down and waste 2 hours for one hour route. Yourube video is better such guide. I will write this same review everywhere. read more

The actual visit to the KSC and the air boats was great! On the coach, Shawna was very annoying. She gave some good facts about the airport at the beginning but on the way home basically demanded a 5 star review from everyone on the coach. She went down the whole coach and told everyone what to write and submit the reviews. Bribed anyone who wasn't willing with sweets. Even if you tried to get out of giving a review if you didn't want to she stood with you until you did. If you said you had no data on your phone, she provided WiFi or if you said you had no charge, she provided a charger! Was very annoying and not appreciated - especially after a long hot day. No complaints about the bus driver John, he was a great driver. read more

When we came to Florida April 2024, we decided to go to Clearwater Beach and booked with Gray Line. Wasn't the best, they didn't have their stuff in order so everyone was confused on what time we had to do our other attractions. We happened to add the Sea Screamer to see dolphins but it was out for maintenance so we were put on a different boat but were unsure where to go and when. April 2025 we went to St Augustine and on the way back the van started acting up and what should've been a 2.5 hour ride turned into over 6 hours. Wasn't the drivers fault, but there should've been back up to help. Customer service 0/10. I already have one more tour booked with them, and then I will no longer use this company for tours. I guess just read all the poor reviews; my experience; Booking online was all fine and dandy, I was asked online at the time of booking, will you need to be picked up or will you get to us. I picked GET TO YOU; it does not indicate where to go. All booked, paid, I email them to say I was not told where to go to. They responded quickly with; we will text you the day prior to let you know where to go. As a planner that is hard for me, I like to more concrete details, but I chilled. Several Days before I reached out again, I was asked my hotel, I told them and they said they would pick me up there, OK, cool ... THE DAY BEFORE OUR TOUR I get a text saying "Hello, we are contacting you from Gray Line Orlando in regard to your City tour for tomorrow. Unfortunately, the tour guide scheduled is sick and unable to work, We have tried to find a replacement guide and have been unsuccessful. We do apologize for this but see no other way than to cancel the tour. Your reservation will be cancelled and you will be fully refunded regards, Jason (Gray Line Orlando)" - I understand, illness and all, but they know the day before that he is sick (maybe covid) and cancel that last minute??? So, a day wasted in Orlando - My money was refunded to my account that day so that is a plus. MY THEORY - and it is only a theory - the day before, they have a low number of people booked for the tour, with the cost of the gas, the driver, etc. they are not going to make enough to cover the cost, maybe even lose money to honor the booking so they just cancel under the guise of illness, So here you go, do with it what you will. I think they are taking bookings, are very understaffed and a tour only goes if the cost to benefit ratio favors them. I would give less than 1 star but cannot. 24 hours before the 7 of us leave Los Angeles for Orlando to visit the Kennedy Space Center and I get a text from gray lines saying sorry but they've cancelled our guided PAID in full tour of the space center. We should get a refund eventually. WHAT????? Am I being unreasonable to have asked why no more notice than the day before our cross country trip with 3 young astronauts in training???? Again, Jason said sorry. Jason also represented himself by different names, I guess so no blaming him. Lol However, gray lines is still taking your hard earned money for that same tour on the same day but will cancel it. Surprise to you! Very poor customer service. Use anyone else. Rude Drivers and Staff and poor quality buses. They have 2 pickup sites and odd times, reminds me of taxi services before ride share wiped them out. I booked trip to clearwater and Kennedy space center through costco travels and I would say I had the worst experience in both. Drivers are late to pickup and if you are staying at a decent hotel in orlando you will be asked to take an uber to maingate lakeside resort at their convenient time. I had my 5 year old who threw up on our tour to clearwater so I asked driver paul to accomodate us in front seat on coming back from KSC and he told us to buzz off, then I called jason their customer representative and he had the same attitude. Finally the driver told us that he will throw us out so I just got an uber back. I would say if you are looking for convenience and peace of mind take an uber instead. read more

What a fraud. I booked the Kennedy Space Center Express tour on grayline.com and on my voucher it says departure time is 8:30am. However when I arrived at the location around 8:15 there's no bus. Customer service rep Jason rudely told me that I was late and the bus leaves at 8, and said I need to contact my booking agency because it's their fault not grayline's. I have no booking agency, I bought the trip on graline.com. In the end I have to spend around $70 on a lyft to get to KSC and Jason told me oh it's a system glitch from grayline worldwide and they are grayline orlando which are not the same company. He said he will contact worldwide for me and asked me to send a receipt of my lyft ride, which I did so. But then he just went awol. Never responded again. I tried to contact grayline visa email, social network and phone, and also got nowhere. So yeah, this company def has great customer service as you can see. Choose them if you want to be frauded. read more

I called up this company this morning to see if I could get a ride to the Kennedy Space Center to see the launch of the latest SpaceX rocket. The staff was so accommodating and even texted me the address of the pick up location so I could quickly find an Uber ride there. The driver Mike was very friendly and funny, and made the traffic-laden ride a pleasure. He even pointed out a large alligator on the side--my first viewing of a wild one. :) Bravo for the wonderful customer service and comfortable ride. read more

This company states they have hotel pick-up on International Drive, which is where our hotel was but they told us we were to go to a hotel a block away from our hotel. We ended up have to pay for parking because that hotel didn't have free parking. The trip was nice. We went on a manatee snorkel and walk around Homosassa State Wildlife Park. Both of these were nice, but my husband's snorkel equipment was faulty, he cut himself on the boat, and they didn't even attempt to fix or replace the equipment (because they kept no replacements on the boat) and by then my husband was tired of dealing with it and sat on the boat the whole trip. Then a question came up about wetsuits. You have to pay the driver of your car for the wetsuit from the diver company. When asked why this was, we were told that if the tour was book through the diver company a wet suit is included and was therefore probably included in our tour, but the guess was that the owner of the tour company wanted to pocket some extra cash by charging more for a wet suit. Now, I didn't use a wet suit and was fine, but the for the cold intolerant, it would be a good idea to wear one. Also, on their website, in the video, they make it look like they take you to this nice restaurant for lunch (which is included in the price). They took us to a not so great Chinese buffet. While I got what I wanted, which was to see the manatees. I also think the "Captain" of the expedition should be a bit more in-tune to what the people in their group are doing; whether they are harassing the animals or whatever, which wasn't really being done. All in all, I have definitely been on far better experiences. read more

We took a tour of Orlando today. I have been on many of these tours in many cities and this was the absolute worst tour I have ever been on. The driver was a nice man but it was like pulling teeth to get him to talk. He would never slow down by anything nor would he tell us when a point of interest was coming up. We would be past something before he would talk, or we would have to ask him what things were. We asked the population of Celebration and he didn't know. We Googled it and other facts we wanted to know. We learned more from Google than from our driver. When my daughter called to comment she was rudely brushed off. They didn't care. The Orlando to Miami day trip was a great way to relax and see a lot of Florida very fast. Mike was an amazing driver!! Full of trivia, entertaining, personable! The van was very comfortable. We stopped often enough! The Everglades were amazing. I'd skip the boat tour of rich homes in Miami and spend more time at the beach. What a great tour! We traveled with Grayline Orlando. The front office team Laimina Frances and Jason made sure are booking was seamless. Our guide Donald made the drive fantastic and gave us tons of pointers on the way. I had the pleasure of Corey and Jerry as dive instructors. They went out of their way to make sure my experience was magical and that I felt special! They were funny , entertaining and knew exactly where to look to find the manatees! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever!! I will never use this company again. I purchased a $115 ticket for the space shuttle launch and a subsequent $35 transportation reschedule ticket. As instructed, I called to confirm my seat on the bus, and was treated extremely rudely by the CSR rep. He was practically yelling at me and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Because the launch had been rescheduled several times since November and I had been on the bus twice already 3 months ago, I wasn't sure if I still had the tickets required. This guy had no intention of helping me solve my problem. With a $150 purchase, I expect a higher level of service than what Gator Tours is capable of. read more

When you call 48 hours prior to the departure of your tour be ready for a SUPER RUDE PERSON to act like you are the the biggest pain in the butt. Then the time on your brochure will NOT be the time you actually depart. Be sure to ask multiple times for the departure time at whatever pick up location. If you miss it you can totally drive out there yourself which is way better. The drivers are glorified taxi cab drivers and they suck!!! You need insurance! Mixed review. The bus drivers / tour guides are a 5++++++. I often travel to Orlando on business and love these tours. The monster truck tour is awesome. St. Augustine is wonderful for photography. I plan to take these tours many more times in the future. ......However, the office staff are a 0------. The office staff totally messed up my reservations this time then when I tried to straighten it out, i was just told one lie after another....... If they had simply taken the blame for their mistake, said they were sorry, and worked to make amends.... I would have been like, no problem, mistakes happen..... but instead she lied, lied, lied.... insulting my intelligence.... I do not like being treated like a fool and lied to..... Overall, the tours are wonderful --- I highly recommend them ...... but the office staff needs some continuing education in business..... read more

We went on a 1 day Miami trip from Orlando and it was awesome. We enjoyed it thoroughly and our guide/ driver for the tour - Milton Mixon was very informative and entertaining. I was with my spouse and was joined by 8 more people in the bus. The Gator tours arranged the breakfast for us which was passable and the bus had quite little leg space for my hubby as he is quite tall but other than these small shortcomings the trip was really very enjoyable. If I could give this company a -100 stars I would 1 star is being far to generous. First off they left us stranded outside of Kennedy space centre for 3 hours!!!! In the cold and it had been starting to rain . The man they had sent to help us DONALD was beyond rude and didn't care that people were cold or hungry he is by far the worst tour person I have ever encountered and should not be allowed to work as a tour guide with how he treats people. He yelled at us and gave us nothing but attitude when we expressed how unhappy we are horrible horrible customer service from him! The company itself was more concerned with their broken down bus then sending another bus to get us. And when they did finally send another bus they sent it to check on the other bus first. The company also stopped answerthe phone calls of the people stranded cuz they didn't want to deal with our complaints anymore. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! read more

We took the tour to St. Augustines and my daugther had the dolphin experince where she fed the dolphin -it was really great, we got some nice photos a fun time. The tour guide was very helpful and the vehicle was on time. I would definately recommend. Read this review, but know that Gray Line is already working on correcting this problem so it does not happen to anyone again. Ms. Tori, manager, will insure that others will not have this experience. We will try again after the holidays and pray all will go well the third time! If you are dependent on a wheelchair or mobility scooter, DO NOT plan to take a Gray Line tour. We purchased a groupon for the Miami Day tour and have scheduled twice for the trip, including taking a day off work each time. But we HAVE NOT been to Miami yet. The first date was rescheduled as the CSR advised there were no handicapped buses available with a lift. I was told the buses were in for service and none available. He still lost a day of work because he had already scheduled off for the day. Then we rescheduled for Sunday, Oct 25. Again, he scheduled a day off as the trip would return too late for him to get enough sleep to drive for work on Monday. Because we have a trailer to transport my mobility scooter, we went out to the Four Points Sheraton (first pick up point for the Miami tour) on Saturday and spoke with the hotel manager and got a parking pass for Sunday, therefore, insuring that we would not delay the trip waiting for the pass. We arrived early, at least 45 min before loading time, and waited for the bus, Two other couples arrived and we chat and wait. Bus is supposed to be arriving at 6am, however, before it arrives, a Gray Line van arrives and Mike (our guide) steps out and explains the bus had to return to base, but another is on the way. Meantime, he is going to pick up at the other close locations (Rosen Inn, Rosen Pointe Orlando, Doubletree) and bring those passengers to the Sheraton. That will save time, so off he goes. I feel frustrated as I know the reason the accessible bus is required is due to my mobility scooter and me not being able to walk. I call and speak to CSR Dana, who advises that another van is picking up the Disney/Kissimmee (Crossroads Plaza, All Star Hotel Disney, Maingate Hotel, Disney and The Big Orange Gift Shop) passengers to bring them to the Four Points Sheraton, so the tour can get immediately on the turnpike and back on schedule. Again, the CSR (Dana) states the bus should be there shortly. I pass this on to the others who are waiting. Mike returns with other passengers from I-Drive pickups, but the bus has still not arrived. A few minutes and the other van arrives. Now there is a large group waiting! At 7:13 am, I call again and I am told the bus is almost there, a few more minutes and our bus finally arrives!! Oh, no, the driver cannot get the lift to open. I am so embarrassed! I even ask if he is a trainee, thinking this might explain things, but he says NO, This isn't a Gray Line bus, it reads Stylus, the driver is in a Stylus uniform and there is another man on the bus who tries to help the driver get the lift open. Mike is told to start boarding the passengers. They sit on the bus and wait. At 7:40 am, I am so embarrassed about making the other passengers wait that I say to forget everything. The two of us leave and head to our car. I am in the car and he is loading the scooter into the trailer before the Stylus bus pulls out of the parking lot. I am not that fast, so it must have taken additional time for him to close the lift door and get up on the bus to start driving. I have heard a lot of positive things about this trip and we were excited, especially as the trip had been rescheduled. I have taken Gray Line tours in the past, before I became disabled, however, IF YOU ARE DISABLED, RELY ON MOBILITY TRANSPORTATION (wheel chair or scooter) AND MUST STAY ON BOARD THAT DEVICE AT ALL TIMES, DO NOT TRUST THAT YOU WILL EVER MAKE THIS TRIP or any other Gray Line tours. I spoke to a Gray Line rep on Monday afternoon and was assured I would hear from the manager early Tuesday. It is almost noon and my phone has not rung. Wonder if it will ring at all today!! At 12:35 pm, I called them and things will be changed and, hopefully, no one else will go through this experience. read more

We were picked up from Maingate Lakeside Resort in a small minibus for the first leg of our journey to the main meeting point where we boarded a coach for our journey to Clearwater. Although a little late the journey to Clearwater was uneventful and to be fair, comfortable. The day in Clearwater was enjoyable and has been reviewed separately. The journey back however was a journey I never wish to endure again. We were late leaving due to disorganisation as some people failed to show up, but no rules were set in place that the coach will leave at X time regardless etc. The coach eventually left late, and after traveling maybe half of the way back the coach broke down whilst still on the freeway and although the driver did get the bus onto the hard shoulder that was only the start of the problems which the company made dangerously worse... It was getting dark and there were no electrics at all working but more importantly there were no exterior lights working on the vehicle due to alternator failure and the resultant flat battery; which is always a concern. When I asked if a breakdown company had been called I was advised that another of their own replacement coach / bus vehicles was en-route to rescue us, I further questioned if the Sheriff had been called to protect the back of their dark blue (hard to see in the dark?) vehicle as it was getting dark and considering we had no rear lights but this concern was dismissed as not required by the driver!! All of the windows were all opened and this created a comfortable breeze throughout the vehicle, but then I was absolutely shocked when the driver and tour guide offered and actually allowed people the option to get off the coach and move about onto the freeway for a stroll and for some fresh air, of which many people actually did !!! We now had adults and children leisurely walking up and down the freeway as if was a normal sidewalk / pathway under the watchful eye of our tour guide and driver...!! What if they had been struck by a vehicle or if the coach had been shunted into one of them? Never at any point did anyone suggest that those who remained on board making use of the available seat belts in case the vehicle was struck from behind as this was an ever increasing risk all the time with darkness fast looming. When their replacement vehicle eventually arrived, the tour guide was one of the first onto the replacement vehicle (bless her, she had a headache) and there was absolutely no safety guidance from anyone, neither driver or guide as we moved from vehicle to vehicle along the freeway. The replacement driver was making use of her iPhone so that was ok I guess, which is far more important. This company has absolutely no idea how to manage a safety related incident correctly and I feel that others should be aware of this before contemplating booking a trip where this company are involved. I would not recommend that anyone travel with Gray Line Orlando purely because of their lack of safety procedures and complete unprofessionalism which my family and I experienced first hand on the day in question. read more

Worst experience ever!!!!!!! You would think after doing this 20 years they would have a clue. They can not even figure out how to get people on the right buses when loading ( how about posting the letters of the alphabet on each bus) it goes down hill from their. We were fortunate to ride on their buses 5 times while trying to watch a shuttle launch last year. Every time was as bad as the previous trip. They also bring drivers up from Miami to drive the buses ( it took us 4 1/2 hours to go from the space center to Orlando ( friends on other buses made the trip in 2 hours) the shuttle was amazing , but if you can find another way to see the shuttle do it! read more

We took a day trip to the Kennedy Space Centre. Our driver was very informative about NASA and gave us a very interesting introduction to KSC. On the return trip, our driver provided some very interesting commentary about Orlando. We would recommend the tour to anyone interested in finding out more about NASA and how NASA has contributed to improvements in every day living. read more
