He stated the owner would call me. I was blatantly ignored for two months. Even sent a follow up help request that was receipt read and ignored. The issue was a simple window reset but because I was ignored I won't be doing business with autotint northwest again. The smell is gone, and my husband's car looks great. There was a moment when I thought that they had not completed the task well enough. I reached back out to them and they gave me the reminder to change the cabin filter (we had not done that yet), but he also said that if the smell returned, he would be back out there to redo the whole process without charge (except for the travel fee, which was fair as we are a solid 40 minutes away). I was so relieved that the smell was gone. Thanks for being so quick to respond, getting me on the schedule so quickly, doing a fantastic job, and being willing to come out again to redo the process without the detailing fee. I recommend Attention to Detail for your cars needs. I remember, if they miss something, just reach back out to them and they'll be willing to fix it.

BAIT AND SWITCH: I had to work with Safelite due to my insurance for a window chip. I had two and…read moretold them. Since I have a high deductible and would literally have to pay for the whole thing myself if it cracked, told them, without question, that if they felt they couldn't do it without causing an actual crack, NOT to do it. They insisted they could and told me that this is something they do a lot and 1 in a million go wrong after looking at the tiny pencil sized chip and they would make it right if they did. I should have known something was off when initially I couldn't even get him to get out of the chair to confirm until he had my insurance information...? In other words, this was a SCAM. Then he put the most junior guy on it and well, you guessed it. They broke my windshield. Then told me I just need to pay my 1000$ deductible and they would fix it... as if we never spoke! Complete Bait and Switch. I tried to call customer service, even went to talk with the Supervisor. It was pointless. I have a 1000$ bill to fix a broken windshield now due to this business. I even went to the BBB for some help here and other then their rating being negatively affected (which by the Stars here you can see, makes no difference to them), you take your chances, but better with ANY other window repair quality service, because this isn't it. I shared this with my Corp as well as I lead a network here in the State of a few thousand employees and its the least I could do as well as this review.
