Our tour guide Ellen did an excellent job of narrating this 1.5 hour trip down the Buffalo River. She spoke for nearly the whole time and wove together many different facets of industry, history, and local lore. Summer weekends look to be quite popular for this tour so I suggest getting a reservation on-line - their website and the process is very easy to use. Definitely a must do when in Buffalo!

It's a 2 hour walking tour, and you'll stop at various buildings to learn about the who, what, when's of what went down there. For example, you will stop at a building and hear about how organized crime controlled laborers local 210. You will see where certain made men were gunned down. Explore Buffalo is a nonprofit run by volunteers; be kind and leave a tip if you enjoyed your tour! In front of his huge statue are a number of other Native Americans who were significant in some way. Come see the sphinx, there's only one here. Near Hengerer, where you can have tea (if you remember those days). The tall blue spire is here too - from the Sears home catalog (first of its type). You could order your own spire from the catalog. Irving Berlins first wife is here, she died soon after their marriage. Come find out how many former Mayors of Buffalo are buried here. Learn about the history of motion pictures in America. This is a trolley tour of forest lawn. The trolley fits perhaps 30 people and starts on time. So be on time. You can reserve online (tickets cost depending on your subject and length), or chance it and go to register when there. Twice I've had the same docent and she's really good. She's been doing the tours for over a decade and really does seem able to answer any question. It's a few hours that will give you tons of interesting and fun info. Well worth the price of entry.

Not scary at all. Further, the group leader was ill prepared, his audio device didn't work (so the large audience in attendance couldn't hear him) and he was not aware of the path, surprised by construction, he seemed to make it up as he went. Some history, no jokes, no spooks ... bummer, my family and out of town guests were so looking forward to this. I think it has potential with better prep, richer story telling and new batteries in the portable microphone - I recommend a different walk - this one disappointed !!!

Horseshoe falls was windy and wet! I was worried about dropping my phone. A lot of people start pushing to get to the railing of the ship. Not everyone on the boat is from your tour group. We got on the boat and stood by the side rail of the boat to get the view. My son and I were standing there by ourselves and people start filling in. As you get close to the falls people push you out of the way to try and squeeze in to get their photo. We were literally pushed out of the way. Hence the reason I was worried about dropping my phone. Cave of the winds also an experience but not what I was expecting. Maybe I didn't do my research but, I thought it was something different. The staircase down to the falls was pretty cool, you really get a glimpse of how powerful the falls are. You're right up there next to the American fall, it was very wet and windy. I got a little nervous, if you drop anything, it's gone. Hard to take pictures with hurricane force winds and the amount of water coming at you. Definitely suggest a camera with some sort of a handle or something. Saw a certificate in a gift shop that said I survived the hurricane winds of cave of the winds...had I have known it was going to be what it was I might have chosen not to do this part of the tour. But at the same time it was a pretty cool experience. I have no regrets doing it, just wasn't expecting to get blasted and soaked by the falls!

When I presented my tickets, I was told that my tickets would not be honored and I would need to purchase new ones! The worst part is that the tickets I purchased by this scam company were $25 more! I paid this trash company almost twice as much! I booked them through Viator and Viator needs to do a better job of vetting their contractors. I have contacted my credit card company, disputing the charge! Do not use this company, at least for Niagara Falls Maid of the Mist boat ride.....go through Maid of the Midst directly!!!! Total disappointment with this company!

To see the magic of the Falls from the eyes of a child is amazing. I think this is my fifth time to Niagara Falls and it didn't get old. There is something new I see each time. The employees were kind and did a great job providing directions and keeping the line moving. We had no wait to board the ship. We were told 600 people could fit at one time. It was cool to find out the ship was fully electric and didn't have harmful emissions. The ride was very informative and we learned fun facts about the Falls. We definitely got wet but it felt good in the otherwise 85 degree weather. The ride is only about 20 minutes and totally worth it. Afterwards there were plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby within walking distance so we didn't have to move our vehicle. Definitely recommend this family friendly experience. It was cool seeing many generations represented.

First time on the Maid of The Mist was a blast. We ordered tickets for our group online and were…read moreable to walk up to a ticket agent to have them printed and get our complementary post card. The process was very fast. The views on the observation deck were great and led us to the elevator which takes you down to the boat. The elevators are packed full and have pre recorded messages with information about the descent (it would be a long walk down) We made our way down and were given ponchos. We had a quick wait to get onto the next boat. Due to this we were the first to board and got a great spot for the ride. The boats are all electric and as the ride goes on they have pre recorded information about the ship. Very informative and interesting. You really do get so close to the falls! As we got closer, the wind and water picked up making for a very exhilarating experience. Ponchos did help to keep us dry. It was a very fun experience. A little bit bumpy so be sure to hold on. It was very hot during our visit so this was a great way to cool off. I would say this is a must see if you visit Niagara Falls. I also liked that they had recycling bins to deposit your poncho in afterwards. I was concerned with the amount of waste with the ponchos but the bins are clearly marked right after you exit the boat. Really appreciated this and made sure to recycle our ponchos.

We were led thru the busy streets of Time SQUARE and Broadway. We had wonderful seats for the Rocketts show, an off Broadway Play and the NYC Ballet performing the Nutcracker. We had reservations for meals at very nice restaurants, with delicious food options! Lots of optional excursions, and lots of free time too. Hotel was very comfortable and talk about LOCATION! We were able walk a short distance to all the places mentioned! Oh, did I mention Bryant Park ice skating ring, and Christmas Village Artisans Market? It was wonderful. The bus was comfortable, and driver Steve was very entertaining. My heartfelt Thank You, for taking care of us and showing us such a fun time! We met lots of fun people, many who were repeat customers! And we will plan to join then , hopefully very soon.

We enjoyed both of them very much and have many fond memories from them. The Maestro's attention to even the smallest of details was much appreciated, and his flexibility allowed for all travellers to enjoy the tours. We met some very nice fellow travellers, stayed in great accommodations, ate at some unique spots, and saw and experienced some wonderful shows and attractions. Our trip to NYC was so well done and informative that it gave us confidence to twice travel there on our own since 2017!
