Our tour guide Ellen did an excellent job of narrating this 1.5 hour trip down the Buffalo River. She spoke for nearly the whole time and wove together many different facets of industry, history, and local lore. Summer weekends look to be quite popular for this tour so I suggest getting a reservation on-line - their website and the process is very easy to use. Definitely a must do when in Buffalo!

It's a 2 hour walking tour, and you'll stop at various buildings to learn about the who, what, when's of what went down there. For example, you will stop at a building and hear about how organized crime controlled laborers local 210. You will see where certain made men were gunned down. Explore Buffalo is a nonprofit run by volunteers; be kind and leave a tip if you enjoyed your tour! The different architectural trends, building materials, and political affiliations. I was especially impressed by the Five Sisters, French and Italian influences and Victorian style homes. We also walked through a park I'd never realized was a park. We even stopped at a Bed and Breakfast I had no idea about. Born and raised Buffalonian and I learned so much in this tour. What a great time on the Sunday in the Cemetery Trolley tour a week ago. Plan ahead as the tours…read moresell out quickly. The group parks and meets inside the Wendt center right on Main Street. After a brief rundown on what's going to happen, we boarded the trolley. It's worth mentioning that Wendt center is gorgeous and holds lots of information on Forest Lawn. The trolley was spacious, comfortable and since it's covered, operates in the rain as well. Our guide was excellent! He seemed to know everything about the cemetery and enjoyed questions. As we drove, costumed people emerged and would get on board. Their stories were so interesting and amusing. Forest Lawn is big! Every tour is a little different. The environmental conditions were explained too. I never realized how much is going on in there. I was surprised to see large monuments still under construction. It doesn't matter how you feel about cemeteries, it is so much more than that. They have general tours as well as "gangster" and walking tours. Definitely something here for everyone.

Not scary at all. Further, the group leader was ill prepared, his audio device didn't work (so the large audience in attendance couldn't hear him) and he was not aware of the path, surprised by construction, he seemed to make it up as he went. Some history, no jokes, no spooks ... bummer, my family and out of town guests were so looking forward to this. I think it has potential with better prep, richer story telling and new batteries in the portable microphone - I recommend a different walk - this one disappointed !!!

I would recommend their tour to anyone looking to do one. Maid of the mist was the coolest experience! What a view of all the falls. Would recommend a camera with a handle of some sort. Horseshoe falls was windy and wet! I was worried about dropping my phone. A lot of people start pushing to get to the railing of the ship. Not everyone on the boat is from your tour group. We got on the boat and stood by the side rail of the boat to get the view. My son and I were standing there by ourselves and people start filling in. As you get close to the falls people push you out of the way to try and squeeze in to get their photo. We were literally pushed out of the way. Hence the reason I was worried about dropping my phone. Cave of the winds also an experience but not what I was expecting. Maybe I didn't do my research but, I thought it was something different. The staircase down to the falls was pretty cool, you really get a glimpse of how powerful the falls are. You're right up there next to the American fall, it was very wet and windy. I got a little nervous, if you drop anything, it's gone. Hard to take pictures with hurricane force winds and the amount of water coming at you. Definitely suggest a camera with some sort of a handle or something. Saw a certificate in a gift shop that said I survived the hurricane winds of cave of the winds...had I have known it was going to be what it was I might have chosen not to do this part of the tour. But at the same time it was a pretty cool experience. I have no regrets doing it, just wasn't expecting to get blasted and soaked by the falls!

When I presented my tickets, I was told that my tickets would not be honored and I would need to purchase new ones! The worst part is that the tickets I purchased by this scam company were $25 more! I paid this trash company almost twice as much! I booked them through Viator and Viator needs to do a better job of vetting their contractors. I have contacted my credit card company, disputing the charge! Do not use this company, at least for Niagara Falls Maid of the Mist boat ride.....go through Maid of the Midst directly!!!! Total disappointment with this company!

I had a great time learning all about the architecture which is an Art Deco masterpiece. The docent was very knowledgeable. We saw the Common Council Chambers and ended on tho Observation Deck. You will get wet. A small change of position from the boat seems to bring sheets of water onto the decks. Judging from everyone's faces, we were all enjoying ourselves. I highly recommend this.

We were led thru the busy streets of Time SQUARE and Broadway. We had wonderful seats for the Rocketts show, an off Broadway Play and the NYC Ballet performing the Nutcracker. We had reservations for meals at very nice restaurants, with delicious food options! Lots of optional excursions, and lots of free time too. Hotel was very comfortable and talk about LOCATION! We were able walk a short distance to all the places mentioned! Oh, did I mention Bryant Park ice skating ring, and Christmas Village Artisans Market? It was wonderful. The bus was comfortable, and driver Steve was very entertaining. My heartfelt Thank You, for taking care of us and showing us such a fun time! We met lots of fun people, many who were repeat customers! And we will plan to join then , hopefully very soon.

We enjoyed both of them very much and have many fond memories from them. The Maestro's attention to even the smallest of details was much appreciated, and his flexibility allowed for all travellers to enjoy the tours. We met some very nice fellow travellers, stayed in great accommodations, ate at some unique spots, and saw and experienced some wonderful shows and attractions. Our trip to NYC was so well done and informative that it gave us confidence to twice travel there on our own since 2017!
