They set up three stations all served by their staff. Quesadilla and taco with all the accompaniments, Grilled salmon , chicken and roasted vegetables station and dessert bar. I had every intention of going to the event just to dance to the amazing band. Well, I ended up eating my way through the event and dancing off the calories most of the evening.
