The pizza is delicious! - I love a New York style and this crust was lovely, a tad thicker than other NY styles while still being thin crust, I really enjoyed it! They are very generous with their toppings! Highly recommend the works, so good! - Had listed inside a indoor lunch special 2 slices + drink for $7, sign me up! * - Only reason 4 vs 5 star is their online order from home system seems to be a bit faulty, we got there at our promoted arrival time to be met with that they hadn't started it yet and would need about 25 more minutes, ended up being about 30/35 minutes (If it were just me and my husband no big deal, but with a hangry toddler waiting at Grams house this was a bit of a surprise) The gentleman working said something along the lines of they only receive online orders submitted every 30mins which seems a little wild * Absolutely do recommend, and will for sure be back; but be weary of the online order - will be calling in for pick up from now on

The sauce the only thing good about the pizza. This is not worth the price point. There's plenty of better options for same price (56.00)

Decided to try this place on the recommendation of a colleague. Called at 10:58am and happy they answered the phone before their stated opening time of 11:00am. I ordered two 18" pizzas which totaled $56.83. I was told the pizza would be ready for pick up at 11:30am. The person sent to pick up the pizza sent me a photo she took waiting in the lobby at 11:57am. I called the restaurant and asked for the status of my order. I was told it was picked up. I told the man I had someone who said they were still there and reminded him that I was quoted 11:30 and it was almost 12pm. The man on the phone became defensive and said that it "was a busy day" and they were "making pizzas.' He added "The food left, it looks good" and said he "didn't know what else he could do." He offered no apology and said "All I can do is try to do better next time." Good service is equally important as good food. This was not the right attitude to have when addressing a customer concern. 30 minutes late with no apology or offer to somehow make it right on a future visit? There are PLENTY of other Pizza Places in Oceanside we will choose from. Update: the food was awful. The pizza sauce itself was good but the Crust was extremely dense and dry very hard to chew through. the cheese pizza was very Similar to Costco pizza (which also a lower quality)

3/2020: What a super nice family owned pizzeria in Oside. They were so busy tonight and our order took much longer than expected, but, without hesitation they immediately deducted a percentage of the total for the wait and added cheesy bread. The calzone (which came recommended by a neighbor) was delicious! The cheese pizza was a hit with all of our kids and the Veggie pizza was perfect! The cheesy bread was an awesome extra. Honestly, during this time, with small businesses losing so much revenue, we hope people will stay local (or come from surrounding areas) and definitely try this place! Worth the wait! read more

My husband and I had the lunch buffet. The price was good but the food was horrible. The pizza was cold, soggy and did not taste good at all. The marinara sauce had no flavor, Ragu was better than theirs. The fried zucchini was over seasoned with salt and dried herbs and also cold. We both had intestinal distress after eating here. Such a shame, we wanted a good Italian restaurant in the neighborhood but they just didn't come through. read more

I was on a date looking for a quick bite, this place surpassed my expectations. We ordered two calzones not knowing how HUGE those were, definitely could've split one along the basket of chicken tenders. Food was delicious to say the least the staff and kept checking on us to make sure we had everything needed and to ask of the food was to our liking. Definitely coming back for more. read more

Ordered Chicken Parm Dinner and it wasn't chicken...it was a rubbery chicken patty. Very disappointed, menu should state it's a chicken patty, I would have chose something else. The business switched owners a couple weeks ago, and when I met them they were very nice but when I got my calazone home it was smaller than the one I have been ordering for the last two years. Like they went from a medium pizza ball to a small dough ball to make it. So I thought it was an opening weekend glitch but just ordered one for delivery and it's still small. This place was known for its calazone size! They had the best one in Oceanside. Very disappointed. read more

I deliver with Doordash. I have done several deliveries for this pizza restaurant. The food smells great. However, their customer service is HORRIBLE!! Whenever they get busy, they can't handle the pressure. In turn, they are EXTREMELY rude to their customers. Even when their customers are waiting for orders that should have already been made and ready to go. I would never order food from the awful establishment ran by overcaged incompetent people, with the worst customer service skills. They should move their bitchy kitchen, with their slow ass cooks to the back of the restaurant. Where they are not seen, or heard. read more

The Calzone we ordered was yummy. However, I have a huge issue with last nights delivery. We ordered from Grub hub, and it said 45 minutes, which was fine. However, at 40 minutes after ordering, our Grubhub driver texted my husband telling us that they gave our order to another customer... So our driver waited 40 MINUTES because of their mess up. All they had to say was sorry. That's it, sorry. They didn't offer her anything for their MESS UP, like a Pepsi or a slice of pizza. So... will I order from them again... probably, but not for awhile. But I will be picking it up. Just makes me disappointed that that's how they treat delivery people and well us too. They didn't call and tell us they messed up. Poor customer service. read more

The wings are really good, as is the pizza but the sandwich's are mostly cheese and not very good. At least the Italian sausage and steak and cheese roll. There was a few pieces of meat. We paid for extra sauce and got an eyedropper full. Pretty sad. read more

Greeted by a smiling cashier. Definitely mother and pop pizzeria. Great food and great customer service. I ordered a meatball sandwich and fries to go, they had delicious looking salad bar of a variety of pastas. They looked fresh I pray this shoot continues to grow and that more people a spread the word for their establishment. I'll definitely come back to support this pizzeria. read more

We were visiting Oceanside and found this gem! The food was delicious and so fresh! We ordered three different kinds of pizzas: sausage, BBQ Chicken, and Margarita. We also got their antipasto salad. All were so tasty! They were friendly and accommodating for our big party of 15. Will definitely go again when we are in town. read more

If I could give this place TEN stars, I would. Being from Chicago, I'm always in search for the BEST pizza. While I didn't order pizza, I did order TWO calzones. They were both OFF THE CHARTS delicious. We got the Steak and Cheese, and Build Your Own. It was a 20 minute drive each way, but it was WELL WORTH it!!! I will be back soon... and OFTEN! read more

Wow just wow. When you ask why you are being charged a different price than on the takeout menu (that they just handed you!) and they tell you they 'are old menus'. Saw the guy working in the kitchen with no mask on. Wow. The food is mediocre at best, the sauce is very acidic tastes like it came straight out of the can. Their pizza is actually ok, but skip the pasta dishes. Not authentic or even priced right by the menu! Doubtful that I would return and definitely wouldn't recommend at all. read more

This was our first time ordering here, and we are SO happy with absolutely everything! We ordered takeout because of Covid and it was ready in a reasonable amount of time, and they brought it out to the car for us. The portions are very substantial, especially for such reasonable prices. We have a large family and got a few pizzas, a stromboli, and breadsticks, and we even had leftovers for a day or two (by the way, definitely try the stromboli -- soooo tasty!). The sauce on the pizzas was absolutely phenomenal and SO flavorful. Get extra sauce if you order!! This is definitely our family's new favorite Italian spot! Cannot recommend it enough!! read more

The good news is they did accommodate my request for linguini. The disappointing part was that they refused to split the appetizer in the kitchen and instead brought me an empty plate so I could divide it myself. At these prices, that's not the level of service I expected. My husband and I both ordered calzones. As someone from New York, I was surprised to receive what were essentially flatbread pizzas with limited toppings on top rather than traditional calzones, which are usually stuffed with the ingredients listed on the menu. It wasn't what we expected. On a Friday night there was no live music, despite the atmosphere suggesting there might be. When we asked why, we were told its only on Wednesday night. The service was average, the food was just okay, and I was also charged an extra $6 for substituting linguini. Overall, this restaurant didn't live up to the reviews, and unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Wonderful! The bag of my food was so light I looked inside because seemed nothing was in it. But it has my to go food in it so off I went. We live super close and got home, opened it but it was just warm. Not hot. Odd but well I was able to eat it right away. The sauce was oily butter tasting. The cheese on it tasted like plastic and the dish was missing the prosciutto sadly. Inside the pasta and the pasta itself was yummy! Sad the sauce was oily butter, no other flavor but oily. The pasta was smaller than before, still only 5 pieces of pasta, at $30+ for this ouch! Even after my discount $20+ was still not worth it. Bummer. The other time I had this dish it was all so good, the sauce and prosciutto etc. I am not saying we won't ever return, service is great. Looked over reviews, yes it's cramped inside and you are on top of others unless you get the booth, so I recommend the booth. We enjoyed our dine in experience time ago, only the chicken ravioli was gross, the soup was just ok but the rest was great. After today's experience I won't be repeating the tortellini. Maybe calamari and pizza next visit, but pasta portions n flavor lack too much to attempt other dishes. Just my thoughts. Again great staff!

I am giving this restaurant 3 stars, because their food is still AMAZING and their staff is super nice and I believe deep down inside that they just had a REALLY OFF night. We had reservations for a party of 9 last night. The table was set up nicely and accommodated a few extra if needed, which I thought was cool. We started with some adult beverages: an Old Fashion, some Hotel Nacionals, a Fashionably Late, and a couple of beers. Everything started great. Dennis, our server was very cool and friendly and gave great suggestions. We ordered the mac and cheese sides and they were delicious with huge pieces of savory bacon in them. We also ordered the brussel sprouts which we never received and didn't even realize it until the very end when we received the bill because of all the other issues we had... but we'll get to that in a moment. But let's talk about what did go well... the delicious food we did get. We ordered the Pig burger which was sooo good and came with crispy fries. The fish for the fish and chips were 2 huge pieces and were delicious, came with yummy seasoned waffle fries and the tiniest tartar sauce and malt vinegar. I had to request 4 more for that amount of fish, but no big deal. Dennis brought out as much as we needed. Their ranch sauce is really good too. Don't judge just because it's a little peachy'ish and looks thousand island'ish. lt's still some very good ranch. My son said he really tasted the bitterness of beer in the fish batter but maybe it was just in that piece he had; I could not taste it in the piece of fish I ate. The short rib was really tender and delicious... the sauce was just a tad salty for my taste, but the mashed potatoes it sat on sort of balanced it out a little. The fried chicken thighs were really cooked well, juicy, crispy and seasoned perfectly. We ordered two Teres Major steaks. One rare with mashed potaoes, one medium rare with grits. The rare one came out medium and without any mushrooms, took FOREVEEERR to remake (the rest of the table was almost done with our meals...& not sure why it took so long since the restaurant wasn't that busy and it's a RARE steak). The one with grits came with mashed potatoes instead of grits. Dennis was super nice and apologetic and corrected both mistakes when we let him know. He then brought us a big bowl of grits. The manager (blonde gal) came over and apologized for the mistakes tonight, letting us know that usually does not happen, and let us know she'd be comping one of our steaks and would be bringing a dessert on them. We thought that was very nice of them. However, as nice a gesture. we never did receive that dessert. My husband handed Dennis his credit card before the bill arrived (before our friends could try to pay the bill) and not sure why but our bill never came, and we never saw Dennis again either after he boxed up our leftovers and took the card. We had to ask another server for our bill because we had been waiting for quite a while... and needed to head out as we were already late to meet friends at a lounge. The other server came back with my husband's credit card, the bill (that's when I finally noticed the brussel sprouts sides we never got but were charged), and let the server know. He immediately apologized and took it off the bill. So I'm not sure what happened last night at Flying Pig...missing and charged brussel sprouts, steak overcooked, missing mushrooms, mashed potatoes instead of grits, then a comped dessert promised but never delivered. WOW. I had to apologize to my friends. I was totally hyping up this place and it underdelivered. They automatically got their 20% gratuity for our party of 9 but anyone that knows me knows how much I absolutely love great service combined with exceptional food and that could have easily been a 30-35% tip had they been on their A game! We only come to Oceanside once a year. Maybe we will try again next year. Maybe not. This trip was about trying out a bunch of different restaurants and giving honest reviews on dishes/businesses we haven't tried before, or in a long time. Do better guys.

My family and I are absolutely obsessed with Graziano's, and I will happily shout it. Is it a little pricier than other pizza spots in the area? Yes. Is it worth every single penny? Also yes. The quality is just outstanding, and every person who works there is so friendly and warm, you can tell they genuinely love what they do. They do close earlier than other pizza places.. Our family's go-to is the Godfather pizza, and we always add sausage because honestly, we like meat on our 'za. Pro tip: call ahead and your order will be ready in about 30 minutes, which is just so convenient and will prevent a long wait... One more thing, please, please do not skip the cookies. I looked at the add and I looked good, so we went down for a couple Calzones. Ours looked nothing like the ones pictured, the add was missing the cup of grease our food was soaking in. My wife ruined her shirt carrying the box, the grease was dripping out of the corners and soaking thru the cardboard. When opened the box revealed three Calzones sitting in a big nasty puddle of oil. The bottom of the crust was soggy wet with it and the paper in the bottom of the box had a puddle...everywhere. I'll add a photo to back up my words. I come from a LONG line of pizza eaters. My husband and I just stopped in looking for lasagna and wow they exceeded our expectations! The food was served hot, the sauce was so flavorful and the cheese was delicious! Portion size was big enough for us to split, but I could have eaten the whole thing! We ordered a cannoli for dessert and it was just as delicious!
