Love this place. Its one of the few spots left where you can still get a delicious and filling lunch for under $10 thanks to their 2 slice combo. Be warned though, once you try a slice, you'll be hooked and will be coming in regularly for a nosh. Sometimes you may just pop in to see what the specialty slice of the day is. Then one day you'll realize their sandwiches and pastas are also really delicious and a great value and start taking some out for dinner sometimes. And then suddenly, before you know it, you'll ordering meatball and ricotta pies for delivery from your bed on lazy Sundays and happily eating it all day. Good food, bad service. I went in there and the worker with the glasses told me it would be just a few more minutes after I called it the order on the phone 20 min before. I was the only one sitting waiting for my food while the other worker with longer hair was just messing around with what seemed to be his siblings at another table. Decided to try this place on the recommendation of a colleague. Called at 10:58am and happy they answered the phone before their stated opening time of 11:00am. I ordered two 18" pizzas which totaled $56.83. I was told the pizza would be ready for pick up at 11:30am. The person sent to pick up the pizza sent me a photo she took waiting in the lobby at 11:57am. I called the restaurant and asked for the status of my order. I was told it was picked up. I told the man I had someone who said they were still there and reminded him that I was quoted 11:30 and it was almost 12pm. The man on the phone became defensive and said that it "was a busy day" and they were "making pizzas.' He added "The food left, it looks good" and said he "didn't know what else he could do." He offered no apology and said "All I can do is try to do better next time." Good service is equally important as good food. This was not the right attitude to have when addressing a customer concern. 30 minutes late with no apology or offer to somehow make it right on a future visit? There are PLENTY of other Pizza Places in Oceanside we will choose from. Update: the food was awful. So let me tell you about this place that I tried out. So first off I didn't have high hopes for this place, especially when I called and a kid that answered said "hello what's up?" and when I asked about something on the menu he said, "dude I really don't have time, it's super busy." So I just assumed it would be downhill from there, but I really wanted to try the place out. So I still ordered a couple of pizzas, an order of wings, and the meatball appetizer. I will say all the food was really good to be honest. Some of the best pizza in the area for sure. The same could go for the meatballs, but the wings were just OK. However, with all that being said, beyond the lackluster customer help, when I went to pick up the food, apparently they thought more was ordered and the bill came out to like $140, which is wild. So, upon asking the girl at the front about a potential refund, she had zero clue how or what to do. SMH So can I recommend this place? Yes, kind of. The food was really good, but apparently, whoever is in charge maybe needs to do a better job of training on the customer service aspect, because it has been a while since I visited a place with such poor service. read more

Don't know what happened but we used to love the calzones with lots of fillings. Got an eggplant calzone (9/8/24) and it was almost empty. Sure there was some eggplant, sauce and cheese in the middle, but the ends were empty. Called and spoke to Mike who made it insisted that's the way calzones are. Pretty sure they forgot to start our order. We ordered one Grandma crust and one regular pizza. This was our first time here so we wanted to try both crusts. Mistake. BOTH were terrible. You couldn't even bite either of them, they were so tough. It was like chewing into a piece of overcooked steak with your front teeth. You had to tear it with your teeth it was so bad. Tried Graziano's for the first time last night. I was looking for a new place that served green olives, seems that it's not too common in our area. We tried a large Pepperoni, mushroom and green olive. We got it to go and they got it right from the oven and boxed it up nice and fresh. The staff there were very friendly, it wasn't as crowded as I thought it would be so was able to get in and out very quickly. The place was open and clean and smelled delicious! The pizza is NY style thin crust, different than what we usually get from our go to pizza places. The flavor was good, would like to have had more toppings and the crust had a lot of chew to it. I had some left over and had it for lunch today and I actually liked it better the second time. If you are a fan of NY style pizza, you'll really enjoy this pizza. read more

We ordered Two subs,One eggplant and one Italian Mix, a dozen wings and a antipasto salad. The Eggplant sub was the most disgusting Eggplant I've ever tasted. Not only was the eggplant so salty (and I like salt!) that I couldn't taste anything else, but it was burnt. I threw it out after one bite. The Italian Mix had minimal meat relying heavily upon lettuce and the roll to save it. The roll was stale and nasty! The wings were overcooked as well, but at least we could eat them.
