The second visit for an oil change and new rear tires was no better. No updates unless I called. After three hours I'd be told "one more hour," but when I arrived an hour later the vehicle still wasn't done. I dealt with Randy Marquez, who repeatedly gave inaccurate estimates and never followed up with a call. I've wasted over seven hours total, and their timing has been off by at least three hours both times. Both visits were quiet in the shop, yet I saw children running around behind the counter and being held by employees while they were "helping" me--unprofessional and distracting. Poor communication, inaccurate scheduling, and a lack of professionalism--I won't be back and can't recommend this location.

I got bad news: my van inevitably needed extensive work. I hadn't found a mechanic I could trust with my special van- few people new what to do with a dual clutch transmission. But Ron did. Ron was with us every step of the way, through curve balls and setbacks. He was honest, communicative and straightforward to work with. His rates were a fair price. In the end, he fixed a van we worried we might have to scrap. I cannot thank him enough for everything he's done to help us.

They always topped me off no problems! Dont go to this grease monkey in rifle the employees have no sense in customer service and only seem to want to do the bare minimum. He also was very patient as I wasn't sure which oil I should use for my '05 F150 with 208,000 miles on it. So he retrieved Roger and we went over High Mileage with additives vs synthetic and standard. Roger also assisted with inspecting my tires when I pulled it up because I had concerns about them. He gave solid intelligent advice and I'm not concerned any longer. The work took about an hour on a Saturday in late July around 11am which is very timely. They determined a few minor issues to keep an eye on and made suggestions for the future without pressure. Suspecting possible water pump failure she called Northwest Auto for a repair. She took it slow and made it to their location the night before. Approximately 8:15 AM her bus was taken in to be diagnosed. She was told the upper coolant line had a hole in it and needs to be replaced. She told them to do that as well as an oil change. They completed and gave the bill at 10:39 AM a matter of 2 hrs and 24 min. She has a modest income so I paid for it with my CC. She got 1.5 hrs down the road and it over heated again. She sent me the bill and labor charge is $600.00 for that time! SERIOUSLY!!!! I called them and was told that because they "squeezed" her in that was the labor rate!!!
