Once the motor seized 75 miles later, and after it took 10 seconds to get oil pressure when first changed their mechanic said it was the wrong filter. 2 weeks later, they claim that the oil filter was fine and that they got the filter company to inspect it. I have seen no paperwork etc. Corporate customer service has YET to call me back after leaving 5 voicemails. They refuse to give me their liability insurance information, and I am probably going to end up in small claims court. I do not suggest using them.

As I was leaving for a trip I did not want to ignore it. I stopped at another quickie place to see what was the problem. I messaged the owner on messenger. He called me within 10 minutes. After discussing the issue he sent a Jonathan Paim (who was off) to me. He brought a precious little man with him. He diagnosed my problem, went in the quickie place, purchased what he needed to fix the issue and did so on the spot. I waited in the care and was reading a book. I couldn't help but hear him explain to the little boy what he was doing and how to fix it. Jonathan used it as a teaching tool. I apologized to Benjamin for messing up his afternoon. He said it was not a problem. He had very sweet manners. My depart time was delayed but it was a pleasure to see a business and their staff stand behind their customers. They quickly diagnosed the cause of the flat and informed us that as the other tire in the rear was near the end of life on tread (which I had to agree when I saw it). They suggested replacements, but the service took much longer than usual as they had only one technician (Hunter) working (others had just not shown up for work, so Hunter was moving from one car to another as quickly and efficiently as possible). I am giving them a 5-star and kudos because they worked well with a bad situation and their patience and grace with another customer who expected the impossible made me glad we'd brought our car here. I highly recommend them; a great team who know how to please.

I highly suggest if you need work done, find somewhere else to go. I would rather drive an hour away to pay for an alignment, then go back to Firestone this Firestone. Two different pictures of the same car different alignments different times one at 8:17 in the morning 514 2026 and one at 9:32 in the morning 514 2026 after the original alignment they put it in and said the castor on both the right and left side and the total toe was off after telling me they got it right after the first alignment so they didn't get it right. The first time didn't get a ride the second time the damn steering wheel still crooked to the right avoid this Firestone.

I went in for a flat tire repair and was told it was fixed with a patch. Not long after, I began…read morelosing air again. Due to their limited hours and my work schedule, I couldn't bring it back right away. I took it to Sam's Club, where their tech informed me the rim was actually bent. I returned to Precision Tune, and the manager admitted they had bent the rim and said they'd replace it. It took two weeks, during which I had to rely on a damaged rim that luckily held up, though I did purchase a new tire from Sam's in the meantime. When I came back for the replacement rim appointment, they installed it, then casually told me it wasn't an exact fit but the lug nuts were "holding it on." When I drove off, I noticed a 2-3 inch gap between the hubcap and the rim, along with a noise while driving. I immediately returned. They admitted it still wasn't the right rim, removed the hubcap, and said they'd "try to find one that fits" and call me. This entire experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. They damaged my original rim, made me wait two weeks, and then tried to pass off a poorly fitting replacement. I do not recommend this business.
