Decided last minute to pull in for an oil change before a trip to Austin. A technician walked out…read morewithin just a minute and offered everyone in the car, me and two of my children, a bottle of water or can soda. He then told me it would be about 15 minutes and how many cars were in front of me. From then until we got into the bay we had multiple technicians come and check on us. Once inside, the two technicians working to get the oil changed were very polite and friendly. We talked about thanksgiving and football. They checked my air filter and offered to change it at a discounted rate. Overall I had a great experience and I will definitely be back for the next change.

I've been there a few times now and its very nice to see the same people working there each time (unlike their competition). The crews are friendly, efficient, and professional. They know what they are doing and even know how to explain it to a layman like me. Something else I like about them is they give a military discount for all active duty and veterans, and it's a big one. For those who haven't served, they also have regular coupons. You stay in your car while they do the work. I don't know if its just five minutes, but its a lot faster than other places I've been. Give them a shot. Like me, you might be glad you did!

Was on a road trip and heard a loud dragging sound coming from my car. Pulled over at a gas…read morestation and the attendant recommended this place. Turns out the dealership who did the last oil change did not place a screw back correctly. The metal plate that goes under the oil pan wasn't screwed in correctly causing the dragging sound. They were able to remove the pan very quickly for me. They didn't even charge me. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Located on a main road so easy to find. I was able to get back home with no problem. If I lived there, I would use them all the time.

I'm updating my review because I'm SO MAD at this place. I brought another vehicle here. Oil change…read morewas rapid fast, but then they brought me my air filter and said I should probably change it. The air filter they brought had leaves, a bee and was caked with dirt. Then they said it would be a wait because they didn't have my air filter in stock. No problem. They park my car in the parking lot. A runner shows up with my air filter. I stand by and watch while he smokes a disgusting cigarette and changes my air filter. I watch him pull out my PERFECTLY CLEAN filter to replace it with this new filter that I needed. The filter they pulled out of my car WAS NOT the one I was shown previously. Now I don't know what kind of business you're running where you think because I'm a woman you can pull some wool over my eyes, but shame on you. Shame on your business. Customers trust you. We will not be back!
