This is the poorest managed dealership I have ever done Business with. My 2022 sierra pickup was brought in 5 times in the same month for the same engine light and charged Diagnostic and other fees each time for a total of $1450 and after being at the dealer for most of the month they could not fix the problem but wanted to keep charging diagnostic fees So I picked up the vehicle and I left with the same problem I went there with just $1450 poorer. I went to the so called General Manager of this place but that was a joke !! I would never ever recommend them for anything. I purchased a new 2025 Corvette Stingray from Lake Country and had to drive 4 hours to get it. I contacted them as soon as I saw they had what I wanted on their lot and asked them for a price lower than what they had advertised. I knew (but they didn't know I knew) what invoice for the car would be and wanted to see if they would deal fairly. I was working with Ethan as the salesperson and Ricky as the sales manager. Almost immediately, I was offered the vehicle for the invoice price with no muss, no fuss. I knew then I was dealing with a fair dealership. Ethan sent me pics of himself in front of the vehicle to prove it was there so I would know I wasn't being tricked and sent me a purchase order with the actual price we agreed on and no extras slid in. I made the drive, got my car, and the deal was exactly what it was supposed to be; no switcheroos after I made the drive. I even purchased a tire and wheel warranty plan from them because I wanted to do something a little extra that they would make money on to thank them for being so honest and easy to deal with. And the tire and wheel plan was a good deal for me too since my Corvette has pretty expensive tires and wheels! The only thing I would have changed is that my car wasn't detailed and shiny clean when I picked it up. I was willing to overlook that small inconvenience because I arrived on a Saturday after hours and they hung around and Ethan came up on his day off to help me with my purchase. Ethan also went to the car with a cleaning cloth and cleaner and was removing smudges and dirt after I mentioned the car wasn't cleaned. Then both he and Ricky gave me a Corvette tutorial and lots of helpful tips about the vehicle I didn't previously know. All in all, it was the best dealership experience I've had and I'd drive 8 hours round trip to buy from them again and again! read more

I purchased a new 2016 from Jk , so not to make the same mistake when I was looking for either a 1500 with max tow package or a 2500 with a 6.0 engine. Was afraid the 6.0 would burn to much fuel for driving back and fourth to work so I opted to go with the 1500. Jake was my salesman and Jim was the sales manager, both were friendly and knowledgable. Pay close attention to all the numbers when you go to financing with any dealership because they are sales peoe also. I would use Lake country again. read more

brought my 2007 Cadillac CTS-V into the service department for several electrical problems. The main one being no brake lights. They charged us 130.00 to hook it up to the diagnostic and called us back and said that the brake light switch and the rear passenger fuse block needed to be replaced. However they couldn't get the fuse block and I informed them we had replaced the brake light switch a month prior. They told us there was nothing they could do for us and to pick it up. When I picked it up, we found that they had just thrown our back seat into the car and didn't install it correctly. Then when I went to drive home, my a.c. and traction control no longer worked either. We took it the following day, to another mechanic. When that mechanic looked at everything, it turned out that the dealership had pulled 3 relays and never bothered to put them back in. To make a long story short, this next mechanic fixed everything that was wrong with the vehicle. The fuse block was not the problem, so the dealership was wrong about that as well. Ultimately I paid 140.00 for a wrong diagnostic test, plus had to pay to replace the relays they had robbed from my car. I called and filed a complaint with the GM, Jim Castle and informed him, what a shit show our car being there was. He reassured me that he would look into it and call me back this past week. That also never happened. At the very least we should have been refunded my money, plus the cost to replace the relays. A couple of weeks I decided on trading in my truck for used Camaro. I had already done my research and new exactly what I wanted. It was a long shot but I new I didn't want just a regular ole camaro. I wanted the camaro 2ss with the 1le performance package. This package completely changes the looks of the car to a more aggressive look. It's one step below a ZL1. It was only after a couple of days of researching around on the net for dealers in Texas that I found one in Jasper, Texas. Lake country Chevrolet had a 2014 Camaro 2SS 1le. I called them to confirm it was still available, when they stated it was I began the process to purchase it. Brittney Fonrenot was my sales person and did an amazing job. By the time I arrived, all the paper was already done, financing was in place. I just read through the document and contract, signed off on them and I was on my way home. It took longer to get there than buying the car it self. I'd say I was in and out in less than an hour. Good Folks. Now you know there has to be something wrong , there always is right?. Well I was told the car was detail and it wasn't and the car wasn't full of fuel either. Every time I've bought a vehicle Its been detailed and always with a full tank. Not a deal breaker, nor was I going to throw a fit over it. It would have been nice though. I guess if you don't ask you don't get. So ask!
