I have been a loyal customer for several years taking in more than one vehicle for service at a time. I took my jeep wrangler in for its routine service in June 2024, my vehicle running beautifully prior to the oil change. Within hours of the oil change it began holding back, losing momentum. I called valvoline immediately and they instructed me to take it to the carwash, maybe the grease had leaked over. I did so & it continued. I called multiple times and they instructed me to try different interventions. i then went into their location, they replaced the airfilter that i had just purchased through them, it was soaked in oil. They assured me all was taken care of. The problem again persisted and i spoke to them again. I finally parked my jeep using it sparingly, i didn't know what else to do thinking maybe as the oil decreased it would fix the problem. Had they over filled it I wondered. I woke up to grease all over the ground, my front right tire (passenger side) full of grease, my jeep delaying. I called the site manager, Isaiah who informed me he would reach out to his area manager's. He later informs me he could not reach neither area manager and instead reached out to the area marketer. Within minutes he calls back and tells me "we aren't going to pay to fix this" and says they "GOOGLED POSSIBLE CAUSES on jeeps and PVC valve issues" and closed out the claim. Claim? What claim? i find out through customer care that Isaiah filed a claim unbeknownst to me & he and his area marketer MADE THEIR DECISION OF DENIAL as PVC valve issues because GOOGLE SAYS SO." ? How incredibly SHADY & Disheartening. I never was given the common courtesy of speaking to area management just a DENIAL! Very Underhanded! Please DO NOT go there trusting that they will value you as a customer! Had that been their loved one, treated so disrespectfully and not even offering to see the vehicle or a return call from an area manager, they too would be weary. I have a voice that should've been allowed to be heard, i was denied that right! My concerns minimized, no thats too much credit, my voice was not validated. We all work too hard to pay our bills, maintain our vehicles. Thats all i was trying to do. I'm a single Mother who works long tedious hours in an Emergency Room setting, now having to coordinate rides to/from work until i can get this resolved. Im not looking for any freebies that is not who I am, but I DO BELIEVE in INTEGRITY AND DOING THE RIGHT THING. To be so DEVALUED as a loyal customer for years is heartbreaking! They are not to be trusted! Zero stars, its the lowest of customer service there is, but one star at least customer care was polite. My pictures are attached and being sent to corporate. Nothing will be done most likely, i would never treat a customer this way. Never. Just disheartened at their lack of professionalism and the shadiness. Melody Figueroa

When ever i was driving or just turning the wheel i noticed the left driver said tire would make like a pooping noise, my husband thought it was either the CV axle or the wheel Bearing. Four hours later i called to check on the status and they told me it was the back driver side hub cap. When that's not where the noise was coming from. But what i don't understand is they like just took it off and didn't even replace it didn't tell me they ordered a new one, ( we have a warranty through Silverrock so everything was going to be covered.) so here's my car looking ghetto with only three hub caps on. I also asked if they could check the oil because i wasn't sure if they changed it before i bought it. And they didn't even check, when i went out with the worker to see where my hubcap was( it was on my seat) i asked the man if i had to sign anything and he just ignored me. When i got home my husband looked at the hubcaps, he put the one back on and i guess they switched the driver side hubcaps and the front driver side wasn't even on properly my valve stem was bent because they didn't put the hubcap on right. I definitely do not recommend this place. Not only was it bent they put it on wrong?? It's like one of the easiest parts to put on and they couldn't put it on right? ---- Just went out to my car and saw that they even took the front passenger hub cap off as well and then put it back on wrong. So now Three of my Valve stems are bent. Just googled what can happen if they are bent and it can throw off the tire pressures sensors and it can register as a flat tire. The part itself doesn't cost too much but it's beside the point. None of them were damaged prior to them looking at it.

    I made the mistake of taking my (new to me) BMW I worked very hard for this car and I usually do…read moreall the service myself on my other cars but I wanted to take care of this car so I wanted to take it to a shop. I wouldn't even give them a single star if I could. Let me start from the beginning by saying my car was perfectly running before I brought it in. I just had a little coolant leak and I just needed a coolant hose. I drove the car to the shop and the manager josh talked to me he convinced me they could do it. A couple days later I get a call saying my cars ready and when I went to get it I started it I noticed a rough idle and then my check engine light comes on so I tell them about it and they tried to say it was the battery so I had them scan the codes and clear them and THEY SENT ME ON MY WAY. THEY LET ME LEAVE. then on my way home they pop up again and I called them and told them they said come back tomorrow because they were closing. I did a little investigating on my own and they had forgot to plug in a connector to my ecu. I plugged it back in and all was good for a little. Then I let the car rest for a little then I came back outside and tried to start it and the car would not start. They had got coolant in my computer and left it there. They were so careless with my car they even bent the pins in my computer. I feel like I was even overcharged for the job but I just wanted my car fixed so I didn't say anything. I called them about it and they said "there's still work we had to do to the car" I towed it there and then they said they're not liable for the damages and they're NOT SKILLED ENOUGH to repair the car! After this I took it to a reputable bmw shop in the springs and they did a full diagnostic and they told me this would be almost 7 thousand dollars to fix as all these new parts have to come straight from BMW. This shop has no respect for cars and they tried to bs me because they thought I knew absolutely nothing about MY BMW. Don't take your car here no matter what find somewhere else. Anywhere else.‍
