No one was there when I walked in...then they got the next two coming in while I waited. Only one guy at desk on phone while trying to assist someone prior. When the directional snow tires were mounted at the beginning of winter, they got one backwards that I noticed a month later, so I had to come back. That was less an issue because I upgraded generic tpms for those tires -just did it at the same time.

I had been dealing with a very low A/C air output which I thought was just part of the make of the vehicle. He diagnosed it on his test drive and made the necessary improvements. The previous dealership didn't find any of these issues so I just kept thinking it was the way the car was.
