It was my babes birthday yesterday and all she's really been wanting is a tattoo with my name.. we are not too familiar with the area so we looked around messaged a couple people but greaskulls' timely response was by far the best!! We loved what we saw on their ig and definitely wanted to give them a try and we do not regret it at all!! They worked great with our short notice and the vision we had for her tattoo! Lala was our tattoo artist and she was super attentive and made us feel very comfortable!! Her work is amazing as well!! If i could give more then 5 stars I definitely would!! Thank you guys for this awesome experience!!

The ease of creating an appointment down to all the questions and after care questions were answered so kindly. This is such a cool business I love the decor! I learned It's family operated and run. The girls are super nice and answered my questions without seeming annoyed or as if I was was wasting their time. They showed me their work and let me choose who I felt most fitting for what I wanted done. I chose Fonzy and let me tell you he did not disappoint! I absolutely LOVE my tattoo!!!! I'm definitely planning on coming back and getting another from Val or Lala next!

What can say about this place? First thing I was impressed with was the great customer service and communication. I went in with questions and concern and all were met to my expectations. I got my tattoo from Fonzy and he was such a professional. He made sure I was ok during our long session. No problem stopping allowing me to stretch and move around. I was laying on my stomach and my back was getting tensed up. Always asking if I was ok, need a break or a drink. We took longer than expected but that was because he wanted to make sure the tattoo was perfect and it sure was. Final thoughts I am extremely happy I would recommend his work and his team to anyone. You won't regret it.

Was referred to by a coworker to come to Rachel for my bridge piercing. I always wanted this and decided Wednesday last week to do it. The lovely Val tattooed me tonight :) I messaged the shop on instagram and had several questions and she made sure they were all answered and I was comfortable before I even went in. Very welcoming, great customer service, very clean, great conversation, made sure I was comfortable and okay during and after my session and also made sure to thoroughly explain the aftercare. 100/100 will recommend and definitely will be going back! Honestly I was hesitant when it came to my tattoo, I wanted it done perfect. Val did just that! She got my idea and made it perfect! She did one hell of a job on my semicolon/rose tattoo (signifying suicide prevention/the loss of someone to suicide). I was checking around the area for tattoo shops to get my first tattoo when I found Greaskull Tattoo Alley while looking on maps. This was the 4th tattoo shop I had visited that day and it ended up being the last because I didn't need to see anymore. That day I talked to Val and told her what I wanted and we were just going over things. I ended up going there the morning after to get it done. It was a great experience, with a great tattoo artist, and most importantly, a great tattoo. Not to mention that it was the only shop I went into where the lobby is its own room and the tattoos were done in a separate room giving plenty of privacy. Will be going again! read more

I asked a simple, genuine question about whether piercings on each side have any meaning. He said he didn't know, which was perfectly fine, but the way he responded afterward left me wondering if he was being sarcastic or mocking me. It felt unnecessary, unprofessional, and honestly made me hesitant to return. These days it seems like you can't ask anything without someone turning it into something political, and that's not what I came in for. I did go back for a second visit, and that experience was completely different -- much more easygoing. I guess it really just depends on who you get. Still, that first impression was annoying enough that I've never looked back since. If you decide to visit, I recommend coming with a friend, especially if it's your first time. Having someone with you can help avoid misunderstandings, give you clarity, and make the whole experience feel more comfortable and supported.

One thing I always appreciate about here is how friendly, caring, and informative everyone is. Whether I have questions about anatomy or aftercare, they always explain everything clearly and never make me feel rushed or confused. And honestly, the piercing process is always way faster and smoother than I expect. I'll mentally prepare for it to hurt and then suddenly they're like "all done!" and I'm sitting there like "oh, that wasn't bad at all" haha. That's also why all my cartilage piercings (3 helix's, 2 tragus's, conch, daith, and rook) have been done here!

1/30/26 - Called about information for a walk in to get my septum and a pair of lobe piercings…read moredone. They were very informative about hours and pricing. Most importantly they were able to do the piercings I wanted the same day unlike the other shops I called. When I arrived, the store was empty, very clean and quaint. Just the two workers opening the store for the day. I filled out the consent form and about 10 minutes later I was called to the back by Melissa who measured my existing piercings to mark them on my other ear. Very happy with her attention to detail. Everything seemed to be sanitized properly as well, at least to my untrained eyes. She went ahead with the lobe piercings after letting me see the spots she marked using a handheld mirror and they turned out great. I had the same experience with the septum as well. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience here at Mint Condition and Melissa's work, and will always consider this place first when I'm ready to get my next piercings!

She was beyond excited--but also a little nervous. Eileen totally nailed it. She was calm, reassuring, and explained everything--how the process would go, what kind of pain to expect, even how to avoid touching or moving it too much after. Even though my daughter didn't have many questions, Eileen went above and beyond to cover things she wouldn't have even thought to ask. You can tell she genuinely cares. The aftercare package she sent us home with was super thoughtful and had everything we needed to keep the piercing clean and healing right. We left feeling confident, well-informed, and really happy. I read the reviews of this ear piercing place and I saw great reviews. Walking in, I was nervous, but Maya took her time to talk me through everything. She showed me everything she was using and showed me all expiration dates. In addition, she was very patient, answering all questions I had and took her time in marking where the piercing is going to be and making me comfortable. This entire process was very nice and the studio where she was piercing me was very nice and I felt super comfortable during the entire process. Pricing was also really affordable. I got 4 earlobe piercing (2 in each ear) w/ a cleaning solution and jewelry. I would recommend Maya for people who are getting piercings since she tries her very best to make her customers comfortable and the process as painless as possible.

I told him I'm really hard on my nails ( a lot of typing & with 3 kids ) but at the same time I don't like them thick and want them coffin. They couldn't shape my nails round either time, so I had to cut them down super short after growing them for months... I was asked what shape I want? I said round, she did square. I showed a picture of round in case she didn't understand and, she said it was too short to make round, how is that even possible? Also, they grind your nails so far down they thin out... I'm sure it's to save time, but it's truly not worth messing up the structure of the nail. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves... I have a conference next week and I'm very embarrassed about these nails... (yes, they had me pay full price; mani and 2 pedis $108)
