Ernie refinished an original 50's cast iron bathtub for me this summer. It had been painted one…read moretime and was peeling and pretty ugly. I was quoted a price for stripping old finish off and buffing/polishing the tub back to life. Unfortunately, when it was stripped it exposed some pitting, staining and low places that could not be buffed out. Ernie then decided it would have to be refinished with his patching & painting process and I ended up with a beautiful tub that seems extremely durable (5 year warranty) and looks great.
