After requesting this firm to clear the issue TWICE we were then advised by a person named Linda that the issue was our problem to fix with the bank. So then why did this company charge us hundreds for escrow? With this HELOC still on the books the buyer, the seller and the Title Insurance company is perhaps at risk. If you want to move on and be assured there are not going to be any lingering issues, do not pay this firm!!!! Find a firm that will convey with no lingering issue!!!!!

Just a quick backstory my daughter was trying to purchase a home in the larger Arizona market of Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria & Goodyear area. After four months of shaking the trees and getting outbidded by multiple different buyers she all but gave up and decided to no longer use that agent.
