Their team provided reasonable and helpful recommendations when it came to furnishing my property, the photos for the listing are beautiful, and the service and support team are top notch. In every way, their team has gone above and beyond with support and information for investors. Unfortunately, the Phoenix market has proven to be challenging in driving enough income to be sufficient for this specific property and I'm converting it to a long term rental. In no way do I view this to be the fault of Casago as they took all possible means to drive the needed return. In fact, they have provided honestly and transparent market analysis to ensure I was armed with the appropriate information to make decisions on my investment. This was honestly one of the most disappointing experiences we've ever had. We specifically booked a property with Casago because the listing clearly advertised a heated pool and jacuzzi, which was a major factor for our stay--especially since we were traveling with children. However, when we arrived, both the pool and jacuzzi were completely cold and unusable. When we reached out, the hosts told us they could heat it for an additional fee, which we were willing to pay. But this was never disclosed upfront in the listing, which already felt misleading. Then, to make matters worse, they came back and told us the water heater was actually broken--and that they were planning to fix it three days into our stay. No prior notice, no transparency, just a casual "oh well." This is completely unacceptable. If a key advertised amenity is not functioning, guests should absolutely be informed before booking or at the very least before arrival. We would have never booked this place had we known. On top of that, the cleanliness was also an issue. The toilet was clearly not properly cleaned and had visible stains, which is the bare minimum expectation for any stay. Because of all of this, we had no choice but to cancel our stay early (within 3 hours of checking in) . Overall, this felt misleading, poorly managed, and extremely frustrating--especially traveling with kids. and the worst part - they won't refund us back after all this. Be cautious they practice misleading advertising. When you are booking its show 100% refund if cancelled within 10 days. You then move forward and pay. Then the contract comes and says there is a $100.00 cancellation fee. I Contacted them and customer service response was well it doesn't include your condo. My friends and I were extremely disappointed with our experience working with Casago. I have never written a bad review before, and I am usually incredibly understanding of situations like this... They cancelled on us 3 hours before our check-in time, after several text exchanges throughout the last month. All 3 of us flew in from different states, so we had no backup plan. When we got the call, we were actually actively stalling at a local coffee shop anxiously awaiting check-in! The reason for cancellation was that apparently their policy is guests below the age of 25 are unable to stay in their rentals. I did not see this on the listing initially, I'm not claiming it wasn't there, but their system did not flag my ID. I respect policies, and if we had even been reached out to a couple days prior, I would be more understanding, but being unwilling to make an exception within 3 hours of our check-in time was extremely disorienting and put a huge damper on our trip. The worst part of all is that we were unable to book a replacement because whatever the hosts reported us for put a restriction on all 3 of our accounts. The restriction appeared when I attempted to book a last-minute replacement air bnb, the restriction stated something regarding suspicion that we were going to throw a party. This could not have been further from the truth. We had absolutely no intentions of partying...it was just us 3 and we knew NO ONE else in the area, nor did we want to spend time with anyone else. I had to have someone else in my life book us a new place on their account, it was incredibly inconvenient. Another piece that I cannot stop thinking about, is that the refund took days. I received it today after my trip ended. What would have been the case if I, nor my friends had the money to get a hotel or new air bnb booking? All in all, I respect policies and understand that the company has the right to do what they did, we had no malicious intent in booking, we just didn't catch the 25 and over part of the fine print. Stay far away from Casago unless you want your reservation canceled days prior to your trip. After having a property reserved for months, 2 days prior to our trip we were informed that the property owner wanted to use the property during our reservation and we would not be able to use it. They did not offer any accommodations (big surprise!) for ruining a trip that had been planned months in advance. We are still dealing with getting a refund due to utter levels of incompetence from what feels like the entire company. We received last minute notice that the house we booked is no longer available and that they have no alternatives for us. We have had this vacation booked for many months with sunk costs on tickets and planned time with friends and family who will also be there. They noted that they won't even monitor cancellations for us to help us out and offered no other consolation. I had to, unfortunately, cancel my booking and did so in the requisite time to get a full refund (14 days prior). 10 days later and MANY phone calls to them and VBRO and my reservation still is listed as live. I have had NO confirmation of cancellation from Casago.... though VBRO has said I am eligible for a full refund. During our stay, we encountered a numbers of unsatisfactory service levels that I think you should know of and hopefully do something about it. The Suit, was in unhygienic condition and had various maintaining issues. All 5 ac filters were extremely dirty. The dryer wasn't drying the clothes. The washer stopped working. The kitchen sink started leaking. The guest bedroom on the left; the bathroom toilet is leaking. The floors were filthy dirty; my kids feet were black. I came for vacation not for me to be calling for customer service to be coming to fix things or waiting for them not to show up. The entire experience ruined our vacation and we will never be going back to your hotel, or recommending to any of our friends. Here is a copy/paste of exactly what I sent to the CASAGO manager on the property we rented from them. We have been in 1 subpar rental with Casago and Vacasa in over a decade on the Oregon coast. Deceived us with beach location. Promised refund. One month later, nothing and no one will reply to my texts or emails. No customer service line to call for help in Oregon. AVOID! Disclosures - Father in law and wife told beach was a 3-5 min walk. There isnt a beach within a 30-50 minute walk. FIL feels deceive to get a booking. Seriously a bad look for management and owner. Exterior - Would recommend landscape company to keep up to date. Lawn below would look great with weekly cut. Now it looks long, shaggy and unkept. Gravel driveway is mostly weeds and moss. Let it all grow in or keep clean. Vines starting to cover stairs and firepit area. Needs a whacking back. That stuff grows fast and will take over the property without care. Front hillside full of berry briar vines and a lot of overgrown/dead stuff. Sleeps 12 but outdoor chairs for 5. Might want to balance the whole house with enough for 12 in seating, eating, drinking, towels etc. Interior Room feedback Living room - No heat. Need to have space heater available for use. We used the oven with an open door to warm it up for the older folks that are extra cold. Kids fine and when you get enough bodies in the house it warms up. One light bulb out in living room. Most guests wont care but the picture windows facing west in LR and DR are very old alumni. They sweat a lot and create mold colonies on all sills. Housekeeping or someone needs to bleach and clean weekly. You dont want a guest with mold allergies complaining online about mold in the house. Kitchen - Label cabinets with whats in each one. Instructions on using over stove hood. We could not figure out how to turn on lights nor fan. Need that fan as the whole LR DR fogs up without it. Dishwasher was a no go for us. Never used it. Washed it by hand daily. So get a tray for drying rack to reduce water spilling all over. Asking guest to take up the entire kitchen with a dishwasher they have to roll over and hook up to run is a huge ask and a water leak disaster waiting to happen. Sure charge 150-200 a night but 400+ no one wants to do that. Upstairs queen bed - Wall heat ok but slow to warm the room. No drawers or luggage stand. Father in law suitcase on the floor and at 85 bending over to get in and out is inconvenient. Closet full of games and cleaning supplies. Who wants that in their room? Sheer curtain let in deck lighting and morning light for those on vacation wanting to sleep in. Upstairs bath - No fan and when you try to open the window it is very loose and slides crooked. Worried it would break so we didnt open it. Invest in adding fan or replace window. Upstairs bunk beds. Already have 4 bunks downstairs. Feels like trying to hard to increase capacity for rental price. No closet hanging space. Tell new arrivals to turn on heat immediately to warm up the room. Good once warm but with trickle heat and no blower it takes a while. Sheer curtains. Lets in morning light. I dont care but some guests want blackout curtains to sleep in Staircase down. Handrail not on wall for last 3 steps. Could be an insurance liability and old folks need it. Had to hold my FIL hand to get down stairs to watch sports in downstairs TV (why there isnt a tv upstairs IDK) TV - no channels. That is nuts. Went to tillamook to get a roku and had to subscribe to channel to watch sports. Huge waste of my time and money for the absolute basics for a short term. Bunk room - no closet, no drawers no luggage stands. Everything on the floor. Sheer curtains again. Light etc. I get it. Its cheap coverings and a new owner that put a ton of money into this old house already needed to cut expense with cheap curtains and blankets, brought in most of their home furniture and appliances it appears to save money and refurb their home and painted just the outside of cabinets with a brush and white paint. Downstairs bath - No towels in the BR and no note where to find buried in the bottom drawer in master downstairs cabinet. Need a wastebasket with lining down there and in both bathrooms get a sign up to remind NOTHING EXTRA DOWN the toilet. People arent use to septic and will kill it so fast. Ive had it happen Downstairs King - No closet to hang. No luggage racks. No drawer space. One cabinet is full of towel and supplies. The water heater is in this room and is LOUD. It wakes up people in that room every night at least once. The room also has a bright green light that flashes from the alarm or some fixture every 60 seconds and never spots. It is bright in the dark and for some will be highly annoying. All light bulbs are dead on nightstand lights. No laundry baskets to do multiple loads to hold wet load while another dries or move around clean clothes for guest and clean sheets etc for cleaners. read more

In Sedona. WARNING: DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. We were beyond disappointed. Booked this property to enjoy the outdoor space, but it was unusable due to a significant ant infestation, along with cobwebs and bird droppings throughout the areas. We reported the issue early at check in, but it was never properly addressed or taken care of. The condition of the outdoor space did not match expectations from the listing, and it had a major impact on our experience. Communication from the host was also frustrating, as the issue remained unresolved during our stay despite being brought to their attention with multiple follow ups. We wish this had been handled differently. Yelp reviews of this company we wish we saw beforehand. So many horrible reviews for unsanitary properties, strangers entering properties, and no responses from the company -hiding themselves with multiple offices. Booked a house in Oregon through Airbnb run by Casago. They messaged us the Monday before our Friday arrival, after the window of a full refund, to tell us that the gas line was down and so the stove and fireplace were not working. We tried to contact them to learn more, and it took hours and many phone calls to them and Airbnb to get an answer. Turns out they knew about this issue for months, and avoided telling us until it was too late to rebook elsewhere. We had a large group and it was very challenging to make meals without an oven. They provided electric appliances, which popped the fuse (3 stories down) whenever we cooked. They also pushed our check in time to two hours later and told us the day of that they were short staffed. The hot tub was also brown and we had to clean it to use it. Asked for a discount and got only AI generated replies that said nothing other than sympathies. Had to take it to the Airbnb resolution center. Will never book with Casago again. We booked a condo in Jacksonville Beach a few weeks ago and the condo itself was pretty nice, except for old broken sliding patio screen doors. The weird part was trying to get ahold of anyone about extending our reservation an extra night. We were provided the number of the local manager- who never returned our call. We tried several other Casago numbers... were told they could take our message and pass it along... we asked could you at least let us know if the unit is available for the extra night? No they could not. We were told by yet another agent we should call the local number (already had with no luck)... After 5 phone numbers and multiple calls and hold times, we finally spoke to a human who was able to book our extra night. But sheesh what a run around! After our stay there was no follow up email asking for a rating or how was your stay etc,? This was always the case when we booked with HomeStay, AirbnB or Vacasa. Facilities and amenities are nice. Where they fall down is maintenance issue response. Sunday I arrive and note the unit is at 80 and AC is running, but not blowing any cold. I get unpacked, still the same. I contact the local person she asks that I try it in the morning. That's fine as it is evening and it is cooling down outside so I open windows. Monday -- I try the AC same issue. I text the contact and report the issue is the same. She text back right away that she will call in the issue. Not an issue as Tucson is in a cooling trend until Wednesday. I check back in the evening, no word back from tech. Tuesday -- Cool overcast day with rain off and on. I text for an update, no response. I text again asking if I should find an AC tech and apply for reimbursement. No response. Wednesday -- I call instead of texting an get voice mail saying she is off on Tuesday and Wednesday please contact so and so. I call but get a number not in service, my problem as I later found out I wrote the number down wrong. I call the client services line from the website. Very nice understanding lady who says of course we will get it fixed today. I give permission for them to enter when I'm gone. I check the place at noon, no indication that anyone has been there. I do get a text say a tech was there and needs to order a part. I get a message back that she will try to get a status. No word back. At 4:30 I call the local number and get voice mail asking me to call during business hours. I call Client Services again but get a call center person who says my maintenance ticket is flagged urgent but can provide no other info. While typing this I got a text saying they will be in touch with the tech at 7 am and this will be fixed tomorrow. If it's fixed I'll delete, but the lack of pro active communication has me concerned about follow through. EDIT: AC was fixed before the heat of the day. Not seeing an option to delete so adding this. I reported this on a Sunday and communication was very poor from Casago. While I appreciate having AC when it is in the mid-80's, and soon the 90's, I had to initiate all requests for updates. Casago should be more proactive. read more

Currently staying in Coronado 1107. Too many things are either broken or not functioning in this unit. Refrigerator, tech called and had to come out. Clothes dryer, different tech called and needed to order a part, still waiting for that to arrive. Coffee maker, doesn't work. Filtered tapwater provides no water. Remotes for the fans don't work either. AC thermostats are set to Eco mode in the middle of the night so room will get hot quickly. Pool towels are provided in the room, which is why you need to wash and dry them on your own. You cannot check out towels at the pool through the hotel. I just don't understand how they can rent this unit out with so many things that are a true inconvenience to vacationing parents with kids. Aside from the inconvenience of broken appliances, etc., the room is comfortable and views are very good. My advice is to book directly with the resort so that concerns are raised immediately with them and not have to go through an outside agency. read more

horrible service !! I arrived to Mexico puerto Vallarta 5 pm . They did not receive us at the condo so we could not Even enter through the gate , waited 60 min in a heat standing afinally the secirity called them . The guy Abraham from Casago maya home walked us in and could not wait to leave and we r ok now the front desk will do the rest ... the front desk said he needs to be there for our registration , we waited an 1,5 hours bf he returned !!! We got a bracelet and we were told our children grandchildren can't come over to our building which was in the same complex Bcz it was under an other management company ! He could not find and open our apartment , after 30 min searching he found the key let us in and again wanted to leave with the key and gave as plastic cards which did not work ! We told him we keep the key !!! Air did not work in one room He could not figure it out I have to mention this was a two bedroom condo we payed 10 000 Canadian dollar for two people but we had no right to receive our children from the same complex The reason for this trip to spend beach and dinner time together the whole family ! Vacasa was taken over by Casago. Vacasa was bad but Casago is even WORSE Their so-called Housekeeping is HORRENDOUS. Renters have complained of black mold in the bathroom, sticky floors, dirty beds, half-burned logs left to stink up the entire home, and a general lack of any care whatsoever taken to provide the housekeeping that renters reasonably expect. Furthermore, the local management approved by Casago is incompetent in my opinion. I am in the process of switching to a different company but the switch cannot happen soon enough. I will NEVER trust Casago to have anything whatsoever to do with my property as soon as I can get rid of them. read more

I booked a house through VRBO in October of 2025 for March of 2026. The booking experience was fine. I booked a house at Windsor Island Resort which the property was managed by Casago. (I think they also go by Jeeves and Vacasa.) In the months between October in March I called probably twice to make sure I gave them everything they needed. I requested the pool to be heated and asked if they needed any names or number of people staying and both times I asked that question they said no, that we were all set as long as it wasn't more than the amount of people (14) that the property was slated for. I was taking 7 so we were good. About 3 or 4 days prior to us leaving, I get an email that states that since I booked last minute I needed to check in at the office in Kissimmee before I could check in at the house in Davenport (they weren't super far apart so it wasn't a distance problem). I knew I had this booked for months so I emailed once and called twice and left 2 messages (no answer and no call back) to see what the email was about. I figured I would just go check in anyway since I wasn't sure. I checked into the Casago office and the lady at the desk (who was nice but clueless) said I didn't have to check in with her because I booked back in October. When I told her about the email she was like, "those got sent out to everyone." I explained I tried to call and ask and she just apologized. It's fine I guess. Check in for the property was at 4pm. We arrived at 5:30pm and we weren't even on the list to check in. Not me or any of the people I was travelling with. The security person at the gate gave me a number to call which didn't help so I called the Casago office that I just left. The lady had to take some time but finally put us on the list. I did have to remind her there were 6 adults with us and they all had to be on the list because she was just gonna add my name and no one elses. Finally got past the gate and went to the house where I saw a car in the driveway. I double checked the address and it was right. I typed in the 10 digit combination to get into the door and it opened. Inside was a lovely hispanic lady and 2 young hispanic men watching TV that did not speak english. Through context clues and some broken communication I found out she was the cleaning lady. I explained check in was at 4pm and It was almost 6 and asked why so late (the best I could) and she basically told me no one was scheduled to be there that day and the place was very dirty and to give her another 30 minutes. So apparently, no one in the entire resort knew we were coming at all - even after multiple confirmations. So we left and stayed at the resort area for another 45 minutes and finally went back to the house which was ready then. I called Casago again and the lady apologized - again - but there was no offering reparations of any kind. We got settle and realized the air conditioning wasn't working. It was over 80 degrees F inside the house. We called AGAIN and the lady working at the desk said that it was called in yesterday and they would have someone come right away. No one came. It was so hot that night sleeping. We called the next day and she assured us that someone would come that day. No one came. We called again on the third day and she sent someone (we weren't there) and apparently when he got there the temperature inside matched the temperature it was set to (because it was cooler that morning). We were gone and he just assumed it was fine and left without doing anything. We called the fourth day and she apologized and promised to send someone - no one came again. Also, there was absolutely no communication between casago and us. We had to assume things were being handled or had to call multiple times. We went the entire week without air. No one fixed it. It was so hot. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The communication was terrible and the follow ups were non-existent. read more

Hello, I sent an email on Saturday showing the cleaning crew did not clean up from the last person who used the hot tub. There were towels and cans on the porch around the hot tub. We had several large issues with the house and I would like to talk to someone: There is NO independent heat in the lower level. I pointed this out to the 2 maintenance men that came. The thermostat on the main floor controls the lower level, this is an issue since during the day we had the fireplace on and were cooking keeping the mail floor warm so no heat was called for by the heat pump. When we went to bed it was between 50 and 60 degrees in the lower level but then when everyone one went to bed and we turned off the fireplace on the main level the heat would come on and around midnight it would be 69 which is what we set the heat to. The fireplace on the lower level had a short, the tech on Saturday could not fix it so it was not even available to help keep the lower level warm. You need to address this. Also the flooring on the lower level needs to be replaced. It is obvious it is cheap LVP flooring and the moisture is coming up thru the cement. See photo attached, using duct tape as a fix is not acceptable. We had to wear slippers as not to step on one of the edges and get scraped or cut. I do not expect a rental to be like my house but I do expect better than what was on the lower level of this house. I stayed in the lower level because I did not feel comfortable making any of the rest of my family or friends stay down there. After d1 week i still do not have a respons, I called 3 days ago and have not received a call. They do not respond if you have an issue. read more

Wooooooorst place to book a stay! I had the worst experience with Casago. This place will STEAL your belongings that are left behind in the room. They did not wanna ship my dad's guitar that was worth $300 due to the "SIZE" so PEOPLE! Make sure you look twice before leaving these rental places. Don't trust this company. AND they charged up DOUBLE for our stay. I had to file a despute with my bank due to so many errors at this place. They need to hire new management and people at their front check in desk. read more

I specifically rented a house through Marriott homes and villas that was dog friendly because we were traveling with two small dogs. I booked and paid the deposit and then Casago sent me the contract. The contract said no dogs allowed and so I let them know via email I would have to cancel if no dogs allowed. They wrote back and let me know dogs were allowed, but there was a pet fee of $200 per stay. A few weeks later I went back to pay the pet fee and asked for an invoice. They sent me an invoice for $400 plus tax. I said it was wrong and asked them to fix it and forwarded them my email chain. They then said that the pet fees was $400 ($200 per pet). I told them it was exorbitant and I would NEVER have agreed to that if that is what I would have been quoted originally. At this time I was 3 weeks prior to check in and I asked them to please cancel my reservation for a full refund at which point they said I could do through Marriott. However, Marriott would not allow me to be refunded because I was outside Casago's cancellation period. Apparently Casago thinks they can charge surprise fees in whatever amount they want without consequence. I am still fighting to get my $1000 back. read more

Room Velero 201 was filthy with so much human hair and dirt and other trash on the floor, it took me the whole time I stayed there to really clean all that up. I almost moved rooms if they hadn't brought a vacuum to clean, but I cleaned non stop after they left. At first they said no vacuum, but found one somewhere . Also, No beach towels in the room. I paid so much money and this was not unacceptable. You cannot blame housekeeping because the front desk said they don't carry a vacuum in their Velero building. Say what? I'm shocked. Casago needs to rethink their strategy. Construction outside of unit was a surprise too. It was never mentioned anywhere. We had workers looking inside my condo all day every day, and I have little girls too. I was Pretty uncomfortable, and the fact that concierge saw my dissatisfaction and admitted it was their fault that they don't have proper cleaning equipment (a few 20$ vacuums), you would think they would offer a reimbursement of some kind?...nothing. That left an even more bitter taste in my mind. This happened before and the desk manager admitted their fault and reimbursed one night. I left somewhat more happy that I was taken care of. I now will have to explain my experience to my friends and family so they are prepared, and leave this review to hopefully raise the alarm that in order to succeed 10 years from now you need to take care of your customers. Casago was so helpful since the moment I hit submit on my reservation. Customer services would answer my questions in a timely manner. Upon our arrival to Sonoran Sea Resort we were greeted instantly and very friendly staff. They got us checked in right away, but did have to wait since we were early. During our stay we had a great time. We will definitely be using Casago for future trips. read more

I would give Casago 0 stars but Yelp makes me choose at least one to leave a review. I booked a home three months in advance of a trip to Scottsdale via AIRBNB which happened to be a Casago home. My family and I drove roughly eight hours from California to Arizona and two hours before checking into the house, I received a phone call from Casago telling me that my rental wasn't suitable to be stayed in because the pool was drained (unbeknownst to them.) and they would be placing me in a new home. There were two houses available and they had me choose from the two. There were no other options of refund or anything else. Because I had no other choice in that moment, I chose another home from the two they provided. Before checking into the new house we went by the original booking, and they were right. The house was completely unsuitable to be stayed in. So much so that it was hard to believe they didn't try to defraud us by renting the house to begin with. The place was destroyed and the pool was completely dry.. complete with a dead rat. Shortly after viewing the ordinal booking. We checked into the 'new' rental and it was fine. Had similar amenities of the first home and while I was VERY upset, I didn't want to ruin the week long vacation with my family by putting effort into a fight with Casago. One day after checking into the 'new' house, we receive another call from Casago telling us that they intend on kicking us out of the current rental a day early of our departure because they double booked the home. To which I told them, I refused. After the call we again drove to the original booking and saw that they did not clean the pool but were attempting to fill it so they could stick us back into the home. The pool was filled with debris. The porch and all of the furniture was disgusting and dirty. I had to contact AirBNB and it was a huge mess that completely took away from the time I had in Scottsdale. I will NEVER book through Casago again and I highly recommend no one else do so. I travel for a living and have never ever experienced such a complete and utter disaster. read more

Deplorable company. very kind and helpful in completing our reservation and taking our money. Then suddenly without cause, canceled our reservation the night before. Asserting that we did not pass a background check which is an absolute absurdity. We have excellent credit, income, and not so much as a parking ticket. It also begs the question, why wasn't a background check performed before we signed the agreement and paid the money? If that weren't enough, we never provided any information necessary to perform a background check nor did we authorize one. So many many questions here. Most importantly, where is our money?! We have used casago for year booking for our Mexico family vacation. However this last March they double charged us. They laughed at me when I tried to get my money back. And then somehow showed some kind of documentation to chase fraud department to keep our money. We will never use them again. So disappointed. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR RENT A PLACE THEY ARE MANAGING! They are terrible to work with and have no regard for the safety of their guests, they only care about their commission check. There was a State of Emergency issued, as well as the national and local weather services stated there will be catastrophic flooding, high winds, possible tornados and storm surge. All this and Casago Myrtle Beach would not issue a refund or let me change dates of our trip to a time the beach condo was available. They said "we are unable to offer any sort of reimbursement for extenuating circumstances". However, Airbnb totally agreed it was not safe to travel or stay in that area so they reimbursed me a portion of the condo. read more

Do not rent a unit managed by casago! Our experience compared to 100s of other locations, is sub par at best. They will charge a $300 deposit of which $9 is non refundable. They won't give you all wristbands if one of the party is not with you yet. Even though you rented for all persons. They blame on HOA, but we've rented in here before (not thru them) and it is NOT an HOA rule. They barely have the units stocked. Unit CB105. NO coffee filters, NO plastic cups for poolside. NO ice set up. NO Tupperware. NO hair dryer. These are literally the bare minimum basics. This is a joke. Rent from anyone else. Please. read more

We were originally given a large 3-bedroom townhouse in a great location on August 6 for Nov. 7 to Nov. 20. It was cancelled unexpectedly on Oct. 27 about 1 1/2 weeks before we were due to arrive due to a "plumbing" problem. We were offered 3 inferior choices - worse locations, smaller and not nearly as nice as the original one (or seemed like it based on the pictures). With so little notice and due to current inflation, we didn't have much of a choice. Though we were promised a reimbursement for any price differences, this never happened. Not ready for Prime time: The property was in no way ready for us due to: No "welcome packet" with helpful information, No garage door opener (received after 1 1/2 weeks), No key for the pool, Old towels, almost no supplies, missing standard items (Only one TV in the entire place/none in the Master Bedroom / No dresser in one of the bedrooms), furniture that did not fit properly in the house (In one bedroom, it had 2 twin beds that were stuffed in, making it impossible to close the door without moving a bed). Initially, we did have a cleaning crew come in and a very nice repairman to fix the supplies issue, but no response afterwards. We subsequently had a fly infestation and received some spray, etc for that one. Not fun. read more

We had an excellent stay at the Encantame Towers, the Velero tower. The condo is beautifully decorated, great beach view. The pools are very nice, the beach was very secluded, not crowded at all. Very quiet and relaxing. The restaurant had delicious food, great service. We loved our stay, can't wait to go back! read more

Our family stayed in Rocky Point at Encantame Towers and everything about our stay was wonderful. The views are stunning! Our host, Gordon, was very responsive to our questions. The front desk service was fantastic; all of the reservation agents were extremely helpful, patient and very friendly making our check-in fast and easy. The unit was gorgeous! We overlooked the pools and ocean and the pool/restaurant service was fantastic. Grounds are immaculate and beautiful and the beach front is well groomed. Casago deserves ZERO stars but unfortunately I have to give at least 1 start to leave this review. casago as the management company failed us on our trip to Tucson in so many ways. Never rent from casago again ever! We arrived at the condo in Tucson only to find very worn and dirty looking carpets ( previous reviews from a year ago said the exact same thing so it appears any complaints to casago fall on deaf ears! - but even if they sent carpet cleaners to clean while we were there why in the world would I pay to sit around while 'carpet cleaners' are inside the condo I am renting... how inconvenient and wasteful of my time!!!) The coffee maker was broken, no coffee was provided and the coffee filters were counted out 1 for each day we were there ( coffee filters are quite expensive I guess ). 2 towels per bathroom for a week's stay... no pool towels for a resort destination?? ( good thing they left 2 laundry pods to wash the towels ), everything in general was just cheap and not prepared for a week's stay... even the large salt and pepper shakers on the table...no salt and just a shake or two of pepper ( why even bother to have them out??? ) The walls in the living room and bedrooms were decorated with colored place matts... that says it all as to how cheap casago's "standard" is. Communication was the worst ever, they did not respond to calls or emails but after I complained directly to casago via email they decided to leave me a 2 star review on the vrbo website ( I didn't bother to leave a review there but I'm making up for it here... I'm thinking they wanted to ding my rating in advance of thinking I would do so to them... that's just unprofessional and childish ). For the $$$ paid in fees for booking and the cleaning fee... casago definitely ripped me off and then acted like a child when they receive a complaint... wow! read more
