On a Saturday afternoon I took the bike to Bicycle Center with the hope I could pick it up Monday so my wife and I could continue our busy biking plans for the week. I was met at the back door and immediately ushered in when Sean, the owner, asked what was the problem. Bottom line: Sean took out a 3-Allen wrench tool and fixed the problem in 30 seconds, no charge! How professional and nice was that!! Before relocating to Arizona I had taken my bikes to Bicycle Center for 10 years and gotten excellent service at competitive pricing. My husband and son went in to check it out telling the men what they were looking for and told them then would be back soon when my son was 18 and could purchase it himself. A week or so later they walked back in and the guys remembered him and congratulated him for turning 18 and helped him with everything he needed, he walked out a happy guy! A few weeks after that they stopped back in for ammo and the guys were laughing asking him if he was ready for another one.
