BEWARE, Very BAD experience with this DISHONEST business! I took my brand-new vehicle to their shop…read morerecently to get a very tiny chip repaired in my windshield and they quoted me $20 to fix in 10 mins and they ended up cracking my windshield saying that now I should claim it under my insurance and replace the whole windshield. When I saw the damage they did, I was in so much shock, became teary eyed and in disbelief. When I questioned how this could have happened no one gave me answers, handed me my keys, and left me feeling helpless and taken advantage of. Their staff was so rude and careless of the damage they did, and NO ONE is owning up to destroying my windshield. I have tried to reach out to the owner many times and she is not picking up my calls or responding to me. I'm left with a huge crack on my windshield on a brand-new car that was less than a month old!! This place purposely breaks your windshield for insurance claims and has the worst customer service in the world. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE unless you want to be scammed out of money.

Had windshield in the truck replaced. Went to drive away and rear view mirror was flopping all over…read morethe place. Went back inside and said what the heck. The guy who had worked on the truck said is fine its suppose to be like that. After some major communications with the manager they finally agreed to replace mirror. Waited for them to call me back when the part was in but had to contact them. Went back to pick up my truck with the "new mirror" took a look and went back inside and said what "heck" that's not a new mirror. Received no answer from the person out front so I walked to the back and had a conversation with the fellow in the back. He said nothing wrong with your mirror just had to adjust the clip inside. I said well why would someone not just tell me that instead of lying and telling me oh yeah your new mirror is on. The gentlemen said I was out of town and the young guy had no clue how to fix mirror. Terrible service and no communication skills. Would never go back.

My island was not quite finished properly. It's a two height island so there is a back-splash area…read more12" high by 9.5' long. The counter-tops are recycled glass and came with a 4" backsplash - that left 8" of naked melamine in between the top of the glass backsplash and the bottom of the counter. I had a number of people tell me that no one would be able to apply tile or any other surface there because they'd never match the depth or line of the recycled glass. I could either remove the 4" of recycled glass and apply anything I wanted to the full 12" backsplash or I could live with the plain white melamine (that had a visible seam at the 8' mark). Well, it took over a year but Roger was recommended to me and he cut a single piece of mirror that fit into that space perfectly. Using mirror has brightened up the kitchen to an amazing degree and not having any seams or visible imperfections makes me ridiculously happy.

Ecomony Glass recently changed the quarter glass in my 2005 Durango. The safety glass had shattered…read moreand although we had ducktaped it, it was slowly coming apart. What I liked was that once the appointment was made, they ordered the glass in beforehand, and I was able to get the job completed in about an hour and a half. Price was reasonable too, at just over $200. What I did not like was that during the exchange process, they allowed glass to fall inbetween the interior panel and the outer skin, and they did not clean it out. Two chips of glass fell onto the seatbelt retracting mechanism and thorugh use got wedged into the unit, causing it to jam. The seatbelt which had always worked perfectly before, completely jammed about two weeks after the install. The retractor was not fixable. The price from the dealer to replace it was $228., plus $160. in labour to change it up. So much for the "economy" portion. P.S. I did bring this to the customer service rep's attention. She did not get back to me.
