Dee is located inside of Tips & Toes Nail Spa so make sure you look out for that nail salon. When you walk inside you'll see a black button on the receptionist's desk, push it, and the bell will alert Dee of your arrival. She works on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays and only by appointment. You can book your appointment online, or call her. Her prices are reasonable and she offers services from threading to facials to waxing. Everyone I spoke to raved about her and they were right.

I have very sparse asian brows and one brow where hair sort of doesn't grow in the middle so it's difficult to shape. She took her time to preserve as much thickness in my brows as possible and shape them. A tip: I was very confused because my GPS took me to a nail salon. Her shop is INSIDE the nail salon.
