Samantha was the hairstylist that reached out. I couldn't get in due to circumstances coming up with unknown weekend plans with upcoming weekend off. I got ahold of her this morning and got in with her after going against my better thought of not going back in and well, I'm just gonna say, Samantha got ya girl right! She fixed everything and I am so happy with my hair now. I couldn't be anymore satisfied with my hair as I am right now.

I got my hair dyed during my visit, it did come out darker than originally talked about, however she was very willing to change it to how I wanted and make sure I was truly happy with my hair before leaving. I ended up really liking my hair darker so didn't need to change it, but her willingness and sincere concern definitely sold me on coming back as it help me see she really cared about what I want for my hair and just not about taking my money.

I was trying for a chocolate brown/auburn color, but the red was so deep it ended up a wine color that needed to be toned down significantly. Amber understood what I wanted and gave me exactly that! I also had a lot of root growth that needed coverage, so she let the color sit longer on my roots so the color would process evenly. Walked in and was able to get two haircuts immediately. My son got a trim - he didn't want to look different and his friends not notice him ‍! Both ladies were very nice and did a good job. My hair cut and style was so nice and relaxing, Sandy was great my hair and style needed an update and always checked to make sure the length and what layers I wanted. Which was great, she saw my hair, talked about what she wants to do and agreed and double checked the appointment date and time. Appointment day, I was a couple mins late due but texted her to let her know and she was nice about it. Once I got there, she got too. Reaffirmed the look we talked about and got to combing my hair. Then she got the dye ready to go and started painting. Once the color, was on and we waiting on the timer. She was cleaning up and getting ready for cutting and styling. We talked about a lot of things, during this time and talked about doing my hair for an event. After washing, we also talked about shampoo and products. She noticed some things with me hair and gave me some suggestions. Once dried, she got to cutting and shaping. She knew what she was doing. She styled it beautifully and gave me tips on how to style. At the end, she ending up ordering products for me to pick up at a later date. Everyone loved my hair and new look. The process may have took almost 2 hours. But was worth it. Appointment only, but she accommodating.
