I sat down in the chair and the employe didn't listen to a word I said. I asked if a trim, 2.5 inches or so. They cut 5 inches! The employees attitude was absolutely horrendous. She didn't care about her mistake. Not to mention that the ends where choppy. The last next to me was having a similar issue. An employee cut her hair the wrong way, absolutely no skill whatsoever!
